Lubricant oil composition for compression refrigerator
The present invention is able to provide a lubricating oil composition for compression refrigerating machine having excellent thermal/chemical stability even when used for a compression refrigerating machine using a saturated fluorinated hydrocarbon refrigerant having a low carbon number and a low global warming potential, by using a refrigerant containing a saturated fluorinated hydrocarbon having from 1 to 3 carbon atoms, which uses, as a base oil, an oxygen-containing organic compound composed of at least one member selected from a polyoxyalkylene glycol, a polyvinyl ether, a copolymer of a poly(oxy)alkylene glycol and a polyvinyl ether, a copolymer of a poly(oxy)alkylene glycol monoether and a polyvinyl ether, and a polyol ester, each having a hydroxyl value of not more than 15 mgKOH/g.
REFRIGERATION CYCLE APPARATUS
A refrigeration cycle apparatus includes refrigerant circuits in which a high pressure shell compressor, an outdoor heat exchanger, an expansion valve, and an indoor heat exchanger are connected; a mixed refrigerant containing 1,1,2-trifluoroethylene and a refrigerant other than 1,1,2-trifluorothylene and circulating through the refrigerant circuits; and a refrigerating machine oil enclosed in the refrigerant circuits and adjusted such that 1,1,2-trifluoroethylene will be more soluble therein than the other refrigerant is.
REFRIGERATOR OIL AND WORKING FLUID COMPOSITION FOR REFRIGERATOR
The present invention provides a refrigerating machine oil comprising, as a base oil, at least one oxygen-containing oil having a carbon/oxygen molar ratio of 2.5 or more and 5.8 or less, wherein the refrigerating machine oil is used with a refrigerant comprising 15% by mass or more of difluoromethane, 15% by mass or more of pentafluoroethane, 15% by mass or more of 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene and 15% by mass or more of 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane based on the total amount of the refrigerant.
REFRIGERATION OIL AND WORKING FLUID COMPOSITION FOR REFRIGERATION OIL
The present invention provides a refrigerating machine oil comprising: a base oil comprising an ester of a polyhydric alcohol and a fatty acid comprising 20 to 100% by mol of a branched fatty acid having 4 to 9 carbon atoms; and 0.2 to 0.5% by mass of a phenol-based antioxidant based on a total amount of the refrigerating machine oil, and the refrigerating machine oil being used with trifluoroethylene refrigerant.
REFRIGERATION OIL AND WORKING FLUID COMPOSITION FOR REFRIGERATION OIL
The present invention provides a refrigerating machine oil comprising: a base oil comprising an ester of a polyhydric alcohol and a fatty acid comprising 20 to 100% by mol of a branched fatty acid having 4 to 9 carbon atoms; and 0.2 to 0.5% by mass of a phenol-based antioxidant based on a total amount of the refrigerating machine oil, and the refrigerating machine oil being used with trifluoroethylene refrigerant.
HIGH PERFORMANCE ENVIRONMENTALLY ACCEPTABLE HYDRAULIC FLUID
A novel hydraulic (e.g., a biohydraulic) fluid which has high performance attributes is disclosed herein. Such a novel hydraulic fluid includes a contribution of a range of 10% up to about 85% by weight of at least one of: natural esters, synthetic esters, polyols, a vegetable oil, 1% up to about 40% by weight of polyalphaolefin (PAO), 1% up to about 40% by weight of polyalkylene glycol (PAG), and mixtures thereof, and wherein up to about 10% by weight quantity of one or more additives are introduced to provide desired properties that include at least one of: a high viscosity index, a low pour point, a hydrolytic stability, and an oxidative stability, as part of the hydraulic fluid contribution.
CONVEYOR LUBRICANTS INCLUDING EMULSION OF A LIPOPHILIC COMPOUND AND AN EMULSIFIER AND/OR AN ANIONIC SURFACTANT AND METHODS EMPLOYING THEM
The present invention relates to conveyor lubricant compositions including an emulsion of a lipophilic compound and also including an emulsifier and/or an anionic surfactant. The present invention also relates to methods employing such lubricant compositions. In an embodiment, the method includes applying the present lubricant composition to a conveyor with a non-energized nozzle.

The invention relates to a composition comprising a) at least one N-methyl-N-acylglucamine of formula (I), wherein R.sup.1 represents a linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon chain with 7 to 21 carbon atoms, one or more organic acids of formula (II) and/or the salts thereof, R.sup.2—COOM, wherein R.sup.2 represents a linear or branched alkyl group or a linear or branched mono- or poly-unsaturated alkenyl group with 5 to 29 carbon atoms, and M represents hydrogen or one or more cations, wherein the cations are present in charge-equalizing amounts, and c) one or more alkanolamines of formula (III), wherein NR.sup.1R.sup.2R.sup.3R.sup.1, R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 represent hydrogen, a linear or branched alkyl group with 1 to 4 carbon atoms, a cycloalkyl group with 5 to 7 carbon atoms, a linear or branched hydroxyalkyl group with 2 to 5 carbon atoms and 1 or 2 hydroxy groups or a hydroxyether group with 2 to 6 carbon atoms, with the provision that at least one of the groups is a hydroxyalkyl group or a hydroxyether group.
