X-RAY DETECTOR, X-RAY IMAGING DEVICE, AND CONTROL METHOD THEREFOR
20180199909 · 2018-07-19 ·

Disclosed herein is an X-ray detector capable of detecting its storage position, an X-ray imaging apparatus having the same and a control method for the same. The X-ray imaging apparatus determines which X-ray detector is stored in which detector storage position and precisely provides charging information of the X-ray detector to a user.

The X-ray detector comprises a detecting portion configured to collect storage position information of the X-ray detector and a communicator configured to transmit the storage position information to the X-ray imaging apparatus.

Imaging Protocol Manager Pulling Systems and Methods

Apparatus, systems, and methods for imaging protocol management are disclosed and described. An example imaging protocol manager includes an orchestrator, a baseliner, and a protocol application. The example orchestrator is to trigger a pull of a first imaging protocol. The example baseliner is configured to at least: process the first imaging protocol; and evaluate the first imaging protocol in comparison to a second imaging protocol from a protocol library to identify the first imaging protocol as at least one of a matching protocol, a new protocol, or a deviation with respect to the second imaging protocol, the deviation to be identified when the first imaging protocol is a partial match to the second imaging protocol. When the deviation is identified, the example baseliner is configured to remediate the deviation. When the first imaging protocol is identified as new, the example baseliner is to trigger storage of the first imaging protocol.

IMAGING PROTOCL MANAGER PUSHING SYSTEMS AND METHODS
20180144823 · 2018-05-24 ·

A cloud-based imaging protocol manager pushes standard imaging protocols from the cloud to imaging devices registered with the protocol manager. The protocol manager maintains a library storing standard imaging protocols, determines whether an imaging device is compatible with the standard protocol(s) to be pushed, creates a push command which requests pushing the standard protocol(s) to a compatible imaging device, stores the push command in a command queue, converts the standard protocol(s) to raw protocol(s) usable by the imaging device. The imaging device polls the command queue to receive the push command, downloads the raw protocol(s) from the protocol manager, commits or refuses to commit the downloaded protocol(s), and sends a notification to the protocol manager indicating execution status of the push command.

MEDICAL IMAGE DIAGNOSTIC APPARATUS

According to one embodiment, a medical image diagnostic apparatus includes a holding device, a driving unit, a first encoder, a second encoder, and processing circuitry. The holding device holds an X-ray generator and an X-ray detector such that the X-ray generator and the X-ray detector are rotatable. The driving unit transmits a rotating force of a driving motor to a rotation axis through a power transmission mechanism. The first encoder detects a rotation of the driving motor. The second encoder detects a rotation of the rotation axis. The processing circuitry detects an abnormal state of the power transmission mechanism, based on a time difference between a first pulse output from the first encoder and a corresponding second pulse output from the second encoder.

A method for automated control of a heating function of an x-ray source of an x-ray system is described. In the method, it is automatically detected whether a preparatory action for a use of the x-ray system for a new patient is in progress and a heating operation for heating the x-ray source is started in the event that a preparatory action for a use of the x-ray system for a new patient has been detected. A control device for an x-ray system is also described. An x-ray system is further described.
