Sliding spline shaft device
A sliding spline shaft device of the present invention includes a male spline and a female spline that is fitted to the male spline in an axially slidable manner, and at least one of the splines has a surface processed layer. The surface processed layer includes an undercoat layer, an intermediate layer containing phosphate, and a topcoat layer containing solid lubricant, in this order. The undercoat layer contains iron nitride and/or iron carbide. Thus, the surface of a base material has high hardness. As a result, microscopic deformation of the sliding surface is reduced, and increase in a real contact area is suppressed, whereby stick-slip is prevented.
SLIDING COMPONENT, MATERIAL AND METHOD
A sliding component may include an overlay. The overlay may include graphene platelets functionalised with at least one of O functional groups and F functional groups within a matrix of at least one of a polymeric material and a plastics material.
POLYAMIDE-BASED SURFACE MATERIAL WITH FILLERS FOR SLIDING ELEMENT
The invention relates to a polyamide-based surface material having fillers which improve the tribologically active properties, wherein the fillers comprise at least one metal sulfide and/or calcium phosphate. The invention further relates to a three-dimensional molded body consisting of a surface material, produced, in particular, as an injection-molded part or extrusion part and or by additive fabrication.
LUBRICATING MEMBER COMPRISING POLYGLUTAMIC ACID
A lubricating member for a hair removal device, in which the lubricating member includes a lubricating material, in which the lubricating material includes a polyglutamic acid (PGA) material. Also disclosed is a lubricating composition including: a matrix material and a lubricating material, in which the lubricating material includes a PGA material and the PGA includes at least 5% of the lubricating composition by weight. Also disclosed is a method of forming a corresponding lubricating member.
Lubricating coating composition and compressor including the same
A lubricating coating composition and a compressor including a sliding member coated with the lubricating coating composition. The lubricating coating composition includes a thermosetting or thermoplastic polyimide-based resin as a binder, a solid lubricant, various solvents, and other additives at a controlled ratio. The compressor includes a first member including a first sliding surface and a second member moving relative to the first member including a second sliding surface. The lubricating coating composition is applied to the first sliding surface or the second sliding surface.
RESIN COMPOSITION AND SLIDING MEMBER
A resin composition includes: a binder resin made of a thermosetting resin; an additive dispersed in the binder resin, wherein the additive includes PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), and at least one of graphite and MoS.sub.2, an average particle size of each of the additive is less than 10 m, and an average particle size of the PTFE is larger than the average particle size of graphite and MoS.sub.2.
RAZOR CARTRIDGE WITH LUBRICATING STRIP
The disclosure deals with a lubricative skin engaging member with progressive release of lubricating polymer from a water-insoluble matrix containing thermoplastic elastomer compound and maleic anhydride copolymer and lubricating polymer in concentration less than 30%. The disclosure lies in the use of the maleic anhydride in grafted form on polyethylene and the incorporation of water-soluble lubricating polymer in concentration less than 30% in the thermoplastic elastomer compound, leading to a lubricative mixture, and to a skin engaging member, with increased homogeneity and water absorption ability that assist in the lubricating polymer release in a progressive and controllable manner.
RESIN COMPOSITION AND SLIDING MEMBER
A sliding member includes: a base material; a coating layer formed on the base material and made of a resin composition including: a binder resin including polyamideimide; PTFE dispersed in the binder resin; and at least one of graphite and MoS.sub.2 dispersed in the binder resin; wherein a surface roughness of the coating layer after a sliding test is equal to or less than the surface roughness of the coating layer before the sliding test.
Threaded tubular element provided with a metallic anti-galling coating and a lubricant layer
The invention concerns a threaded portion of a tubular element for a threaded tubular connection having an axis of revolution, the portion comprising a threading extending over its outer or inner peripheral surface, and a first sealing surface on the peripheral surface, the first sealing surface being capable of producing metal-metal interference with a corresponding second sealing surface belonging to a complementary threaded portion. The threading and the first sealing surface are coated with a metallic anti-galling layer wherein zinc (Zn) is the major element by weight, the metallic anti-galling layer being at least partially coated with a lubricant layer comprising a resin and a dry solid lubricant powder dispersed in the resin.
POLYAMIDE RESIN MOLDED BODY
A polyamide resin molded body is formed by a resin composition having a (B) fluorine series resin within a range from 1 to 15 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of a (A) polyamide resin. In the resin composition, the number average particle diameter of the fluorine series resin dispersed in the polyamide resin is 0.8 m or less. The resin composition includes particles of the (B) fluorine series resin having particle diameters of 0.8 m or greater. The percentage of particles having particle diameters of 0.8 m or greater which are secondary particles while maintaining the form of primary particles is 60% or greater, and/or the degree of crystallinity of the dispersed (B) fluorine series resin is 42 J/g or greater.
