Solid perfume composition delivering softening
Solid particulate compositions for fabric treatment having at least one cationic polymer, at least one water-soluble carrier, at least one fragrance, at least one buffer system, and other optional ingredients. During a wash cycle, the compositions deliver softening to the fabrics. The disclosure further provides a method of making a solid particulate composition for fabric treatment including: mixing a water-soluble solid carrier and a buffer system to form a mixture; wherein the solid carrier is an aqueous salt having a water vapor partial pressure at a temperature from about 30° C. to about 100° C. that corresponds to the water vapor partial pressure of a saturated solution of the salt at the same temperature; adding a cationic polymer and a fragrance into the mixture; mixing the mixture; heating the mixture and obtaining a melt thereby; and cooling and shaping the melt into individual particles including melt bodies.

Solid perfume composition delivering fabric care
The present disclosure provides compositions for fabric treatment having at least one dye transfer inhibitor (DTI), at least one water-soluble carrier, at least one fragrance, and at least one buffer system, and other optional ingredients. During a wash cycle, the compositions disclosed herein significantly boost color fading protection of fabrics. The present disclosure further provides a method of making a composition for fabric treatment, including mixing a water-soluble carrier and a buffer system to form a mixture; adding a dye transfer inhibitor (DTI) and a fragrance into the mixture; mixing the mixture; heating the mixture and obtaining a melt thereby; and cooling the mixture. The method can further include shaping the melt into individual particles having melt bodies, which can optionally be in the form of a pastille.

Detergent composition containing a tetrapolymer
Detergent compositions effective for controlling hard water scale accumulation are described herein. In particular, the compositions combine a tetrapolymer with an alkaline composition to effectively prevent or remove calcium carbonate scale formations. Methods of employing the detergent compositions and of preventing scale accumulation are provided for use in alkaline warewash and other applications.
REDUCING AGENT AS CORROSION INHIBITOR FOR NEUTRAL OR LOW ALKALINE WAREWASH DETERGENT
Warewash detergent compositions with reducing agents to overcome corrosion challenges in stainless steel dish machines subject to conditions from chlorine sanitizing rinse steps (or other oxidizing chlorine containing compositions) are provided. Detergent compositions or booster compositions used in combination with detergents beneficially containing a reducing agent that reacts with chlorine introduced in sanitizing rinse steps that follow detergent cleaning steps are provided. Methods for ware washing using the detergent compositions with reducing agents and methods for reducing residual chlorine in a ware washing cycle are also provided.
