Hydrofluorothioethers and methods of using same
A composition includes a compound having structural formula (I): RfSRh (I) wherein (i) Rf is a partially fluorinated or perfluorinated group having 2 to 6 carbon atoms and optionally comprises one or more catenated heteroatoms, and (ii) Rh is a non-fluorinated hydrocarbon group having 1-3 carbon atoms and optionally comprises one or more catenated heteroatoms. The composition further includes an organic lubricant contaminant.
SULFUR-CONTAINING COMPOUNDS AS SOLVENTS
Methods for using sulfur-containing compounds comprising short chain aliphatic ester or amide moieties as solvents and compositions comprising these compounds are provided.
SOLVENT FOR CLEANING TURBINE COMPONENTS
A cleaning method and a cleaning fluid are provided. The cleaning method includes accessing a plurality of turbine components attached to a turbine assembly, the turbine assembly being a portion of a turbomachine, positioning at least one cleaning vessel over at least one of the turbine components, forming a liquid seal with a sealing bladder, providing a cleaning fluid to the cleaning vessel, and draining the cleaning fluid from the cleaning vessel. The cleaning fluid includes a carrier fluid and a solvent additive for removing fouling material from the turbine component. An alternative cleaning method is also provided.

PRECURSORS FOR THE CONTROLLED RELEASE OF A,B-UNSATURATED ALDEHYDES OR KETONES AND OTHER HIGH IMPACT FRAGRANCE SUBSTANCES
The present invention primarily relates to compounds of formula (I) as defined herein. It also relates to fragrance substance mixtures as defined herein and methods for producing the same and to perfumed products as defined herein and methods for producing the same. The present invention further relates to the use of a compound of formula (I) as defined herein as a precursor for the release of two or more different pleasantly smelling fragrance substances, to methods for the release of two or more different pleasantly smelling fragrance substances and to thiols as defined herein.
FLUX CLEANING COMPOSITION
A flux cleaning composition is provided. The flux cleaning composition, based on a total weight thereof being 100%, includes: 2% to 20% of an amphoteric surfactant; 0.1% to 2% of a reducing agent; 5% to 10% of a chelating agent; 70% to 90% of an organic solvent; and 5% to 20% of water.
TEXTILE ARTICLES FOR TUMBLE-DRYING
The present invention relates to a textile article comprising a pro-perfume compound that can be used for tumble drying. The present invention further relates to a method for the preparation of the textile article, and the use of the textile article for improving, enhancing, conferring and/or modifying the fragrance impression and/or fragrance intensity of a garment during tumble-drying.
Process solution for polymer processing
The present disclosure relates to a process solution for polymer processing, containing a polar aprotic solvent, a fluorine-based compound, and a sulfur-containing compound. The process solution for polymer processing may have excellent storage stability and minimize damage to the metal layer while improving an ability to remove the adhesive polymer remaining on a circuit surface of a semiconductor wafer.
Injectivity improvement with thioalcohols
Thioalcohols are useful for dissolving and removing aldehyde-containing deposits from conduit and/or volumes that are clogged or blocked by the aldehyde-containing deposits, and also to prevent or inhibit aldehydes from polymerizing or otherwise forming aldehyde-containing deposits within conduits and/or volumes.
Deodorant composition containing 1-para-menthen-8-thiol, 3-mercaptohexyl acetate and undecylenic acid or the derivatives thereof
The present disclosure relates to a deodorising composition containing: (a) 1-para-menthen-8-thiol, (b) 3-mercaptohexyl acetate and (c) undecylenic acid or a derivative thereof. It also relates to the use of the disclosed composition for eliminating bad odours, and to a deodorant product in the form of an aerosol, a candle or a perfume diffuser that has a wick or a stick or is electric. Also provided is an article consisting of a solid polymeric material, in particular a silicone elastomer, containing the disclosed composition.
