A laundry detergent composition including a dye fixative, a nonionic surfactant system, and an anionic surfactant system including a C.sub.6-C.sub.20 linear alkylbenzene sulfonate (LAS), wherein the weight ratio of the nonionic surfactant system to the anionic surfactant system is at least 1.5. The laundry detergent composition characterized by the weight ratio of the nonionic surfactant system to the anionic surfactant system being at least 1.5 enables an effective color protection for colored fabrics.

The application describes a process for the preparation of microcapsules, wherein the microcapsules have a volume average diameter d of 15 to 90 μηη and a percentage of the shell weight of 3 to 40%, with reference to the total weight of capsules, wherein the shell of the microcapsules comprises at least one polyurea and the core comprises at least one lipophilic component, comprising the step of adding hydroxyalkylcellulose to a dispersion of polyurea microcapsules, microcapsules and their uses.

A substrate processing method includes a processing liquid supplying step of supplying a processing liquid having a solute and a solvent to a front surface of a substrate, a processing film forming step of forming on the front surface of the substrate a processing film which holds a removal object present on the front surface of the substrate by solidifying or curing the processing liquid supplied to the front surface of the substrate, and a peeling step of peeling the processing film from the front surface of the substrate together with the removal object by supplying a peeling liquid to the front surface of the substrate, and the peeling step includes a penetrating hole forming step of forming a penetrating hole on the processing film by dissolving partially the processing film in the peeling liquid.

To obtain a substrate cleaning solution capable of cleaning a substrate and removing particles. The present invention is a substrate cleaning solution comprising a polymer (A), an alkaline component (B), and a solvent (C), provided that the alkaline component (B) does not comprise ammonia.

The invention relates to microcapsules having a particle size distribution that has at least two maxima, wherein the main maximum of the particle size lies in the range of 5 to 100 μm and wherein the volume assumed by the microcapsules that have a particle size less than ¼ of the particle size of the main maximum is greater than approximately 20% of the total volume of the microcapsules.

The present invention comprises a hard surface cleaning and treatment composition with a synergistic combination of mild surfactants that makes the composition particularly suited for leather, synthetic leather, vinyl and stainless steel. Fabric care compositions comprising bi-modal water continuous emulsions are disclosed. In particular, the fabric care compositions comprise a bi-modal water continuous emulsion (E) comprising at least 70 weight percent of: a first dispersed phase containing a hydrophobic oil, wherein the hydrophobic oil is provided as a non-emulsified hydrophobic oil, and a second dispersed phase containing a silicone, wherein the silicone is provided from a water continuous silicone emulsion containing at least one surfactant. Described herein is a powder detergent composition including a detergent active material including at least a surfactant system, and a granulated powder. The granulated powder includes particles made of: (a) a water soluble polymer matrix, and (b) an oil phase including a perfume dispersed in the water soluble polymer matrix, the oil being at least partly encapsulated in microcapsules. The granulated powder includes up to 30% by weight of encapsulated oil based on the total weight of the powder.

The present disclosure provides a method for preparing a microcapsule and a microcapsule prepared thereby capable of selective release of oils and preventing volatilization of oils while maintaining long-term performance by improving storage stability of the oil contained in the capsule.
