Adhesive agent for application on a sanitary object
Agent for sanitary facilities that can be applied directly on the sanitary object, adheres, and is flushable only after a large number of flushes. The agent includes fillers from the group of surfactants and a bonding agent, wherein the bonding agent is selected from the group of polyalkylene derivatives, hydrogentated polystyrol derivatives, copolymers from the group of monoalkyl esters of poly(methyl vinyl ether/carbonic acid anhydrides, olefin homopolymers, and copolymers of two or more olefins, wherein the olefin homopolymers and copolymers can also be partially hydrogenated, partially oxidized, or further functionalized by graft molecules, and from the group of polyalkyleneimines, including in alkoxylized form, polyetheramines (alkoxylized amines) and polyglycerin polyether alkyl carbonic acids, polymers or derivatives including such polymer groups.
PARTICULATE FABRIC CARE COMPOSITION
A composition including a plurality of particles, wherein the particles include: about 25% to about 99% by weight a water soluble carrier; and about 1% to about 75% by weight a graft copolymer; wherein the graft copolymer includes: (a) a polyalkylene oxide which has a number average molecular weight of from about 1000 to about 20,000 Da and is based on ethylene oxide, propylene oxide, or butylene oxide; (b) N-vinylpyrrolidone; and (c) vinyl ester derived from a saturated monocarboxylic acid containing from 1 to 6 carbon atoms; wherein each of the particles has a mass from about 1 mg to about 1 g.
AQUEOUS POLYMER DISPERSIONS SUITABLE AS OPACIFIERS IN LIQUID FORMULATIONS
Described herein is a method of using aqueous polymer dispersions, which are obtainable by radical aqueous emulsion polymerization in the presence of a degraded starch as an opacifier in liquid formulations. Also described herein is a process for producing the aqueous polymer dispersions. Also described herein are liquid formulations, such as detergent formulations and liquid cosmetic preparations, which contain at least one aqueous polymer dispersion.
DEFOAMING AGENT FOR LIQUID DETERGENT
Provided is a defoaming agent for a liquid detergent, comprising the following components: component A1, a modified polyorganosiloxane formed by reacting a hydrogen-containing polyorganosiloxane, an unsaturated polyether and an α-olefin; component A2, a modified polyorganosiloxane formed by reacting a hydrogen-containing polyorganosiloxane, an unsaturated polyether and a bivinyl-terminated polyorganosiloxane; component B, an organosilicon composition composed of a hydrogen-containing polyorganosiloxane, a polymer composed of an acrylate and an α-olefin, silica and an organosilicon resin; component C, a thickening agent; and component ID, water. An excellent compatibility between the modified polyorganosiloxanes A1 and A2 enables the defoaming agent to exhibit an excellent defoaming performance, stability and clarity in a laundry detergent.
Copolymers useful as rheology modifiers and home and personal care compositions comprising said copolymers
The present invention relates to aqueous personal care, household care, and/or fabric care compositions comprising the instant copolymers. Also disclosed are methods for the rheological modification of aqueous personal care, household care, and/or fabric care compositions comprising the instant copolymers.
CLEANING COMPOSITIONS
A cleaning composition, preferably a granular laundry detergent composition, contains 1.5 wt % to 10 wt % of soap particles characterized by a particle size distribution with from 35 wt % to 100 wt % of soap particles having particle sizes ranging from about 125 microns to about 355 microns. Soap particles with such a particle size distribution are surprisingly more effective in boosting suds volume of the cleaning composition during a fabric washing cycle.
SHAPED BODY COMPRISING A POLYETHYLENE GLYCOL GRAFT COPOLYMER AND THE AROMA CHEMICAL
The presently claimed invention relates to a shaped body comprising at least one graft copolymer (I) comprising a polyether and one or more side chains obtained by the polymerization of compounds of formula (IA) and/or formula (IB) and/or formula (IC); CH.sub.2—CY—C(=0)-0R.sub.1 formula (IA) CH.sub.2—CY-0-C(=0)-R.sub.1 formula (IB) CH.sub.2—CH—CH.sub.2—O—C(═O)—R.sub.1 formula (IC) wherein R.sub.1 is in each case selected from C.sub.4-C.sub.20-alkyl or C.sub.4-C.sub.20-alkenyl and Y is in each case selected from hydrogen and methyl, and at least one aroma chemical. The presently claimed invention is also directed towards a process for the preparation of the shaped body. The presently claimed invention also relates to a composition comprising at least one shaped body.
