Pro-benefit-agent compounds with heterocyclic moieties
Pro-benefit-agent compounds having heterocyclic moieties that include a benefit agent fragment derived from benefit agents, such as perfume raw materials, that include an aldehyde moiety or a ketone moiety. The pro-benefit-agent compounds may be derived from modified amino acids. Related treatment compositions, premix compositions, precursor compounds, and methods of making and using such materials and compositions.
Compositions and/or articles comprising cyclodextrin complexing material
Personal care products are provided. An exemplary personal care product includes a composition that is applied to the body or clothing, or an article applied against the body; a plurality of particles associated with the composition or a component of the article, the plurality of particles, at least some of the plurality of particles comprising a cyclodextrin complexing material and a first fragrance material, wherein the percent of the first fragrance material that is complexed with the cyclodextrin is greater than about 90%, so that the perceptibility of the first fragrance is minimized prior to its release; and a second fragrance material that is not complexed with the cyclodextrin and that is different from the first fragrance material, wherein the composition or article does not contain an antiperspirant active.
PHOTOLABILE PRO-FRAGRANCES
Photolabile pro-fragrances may include the ketones of Formula (I)

Microcapsules containing a gas-generating photolabile polymer and uses thereof
The present invention relates to water-dispersable microcapsules comprising an oil phase, e.g. a perfume, containing a photolabile polymer comprising -ketoacid or -ketoester group capable of generating a gas upon exposure to light. The gas is able to cause an extension or the breaking of the microcapsule allowing the release of the oil phase and thus increasing the long-lastingness of the odor perception. The present invention concerns also the use of said microcapsules in perfumery as well as perfuming compositions or perfumed articles comprising the invention's microcapsules to provide a prolonged release of fragrant molecules.
DIAZIRINES AS PHOTOCAGES WHICH RELEASE MOLECULES CONTAINING DOUBLE BONDS
The present invention relates to the field of fragrance storage means as used, for example, in the field of washing or cleaning compositions, cosmetic compositions and air freshening compositions. The invention relates to specific diazirines which function as thermally labile and acid-labile fragrance storage means. The present invention further relates to washing and cleaning compositions, cosmetic compositions and air freshening compositions comprising such diazirines. The invention further relates to a method of long-lasting fragrancing of surfaces, and likewise to a method of long-lasting room fragrancing.
RELEASE OF ODORIFEROUS SUBSTANCES FROM MICROCAPSULES
The present invention relates to the controlled release of odoriferous substances from microcapsules by means of orthoformic acid esters. As a result, a long-lasting fragrance is achieved.
