Alcohol free, low viscosity, and high water content air freshener compositions
An alcohol free, low viscosity, and high-water content air freshener composition is provided. The transparent microemulsion system is stable at a broad range of temperatures. The main ingredient of the composition is water. The composition is free of conventionally-used amphiphilic surfactants including ionic and non-ionic surfactants. The composition contains an oil phase, an aqueous phase and at least one glycol ether solvent. The system is compatible for a wide scope of water-immiscible ingredients that are used in fragrances and flavors.
Material and hardware to automatically clean flexible electronic web rolls
Novel materials and devices can remove small defects from long rolls of flexible electronics material while they are in continuous motion. The cleaning materials are designed to remove small particles without transferring defects or damaging the flexible electronics. The device generally consists of variable speed, motor-driven cylinders mounted on moveable brackets. The cylinders are capable of matching the speed of the cleaning material such that the cleaning material is always in contact with the web roll to be cleaned. The brackets are capable of rotating so the same material can be used more than once. Another material is used to remove debris from the cleaning material. A similar device consisting of motor-driven cylinders and moveable is used to apply the debris removal film to the cleaning film, allowing the cleaning film to be used multiple times.

The present invention relates to a process for preparing a formulation comprising an alkali metal salt selected from the group consisting of alkali metal bicarbonate salts, alkali metal carbonate salts, alkali metal sesquicarbonate salts and combinations thereof, wherein said process comprises the step of extruding a paste-like composition comprising a functionalizing agent and the metal salt. The invention furthermore relates to a formulation obtainable from said process and to the use of this formulation in various applications such as in plastic foaming or in food and feed leavening compositions.

Embodiments of the inventive concepts provide a method of manufacturing a semiconductor device and a cleaning composition for an adhesive layer. The method includes preparing a semiconductor substrate to which an adhesive layer adheres, removing the adhesive layer from the semiconductor substrate, and applying a cleaning composition to the semiconductor substrate to remove a residue of the adhesive layer. The cleaning composition includes a solvent including a ketone compound and having a content that is equal to or greater than 40 wt % and less thaadminn 90 wt %, quaternary ammonium salt, and primary amine.

An embodiment provides a method for cleaning a surface, including: encapsulating a cleaning composition in a polymer material to form a compound, wherein the polymer material surrounds the cleaning composition; placing the compound in a location adjacent to the surface, wherein the location adjacent to the surface is a volume separated from an outer volume; dissolving the polymer material at a pH above a target value above the polymer material pH dissolution point, wherein the dissolving releases the cleaning composition; and cleaning the surface using the released cleaning composition. The maintenance method includes: a first cleaning process at which a water-soluble compound that adheres to an inkjet head included in the UV curable inkjet printer is dissolved by a first maintenance liquid including the first ingredient in which the water-soluble compound is soluble and a cured matter of a UV curable ink is insoluble, and a second cleaning process at which the inkjet head is cleaned by a second maintenance liquid including a second ingredient in which the water-soluble compound is insoluble and the cured matter of the UV curable ink is soluble.

A method and composition for removing contaminant material from industrial equipment are disclosed herein. The method includes providing a solvent composition having methyl soyate, N-methylpyrrolidinone, an additional solvent, and a cationic surfactant. The method also includes contacting the contaminant material with the solvent composition and allowing the solvent composition to react with the contaminant material such that at least a portion of the contaminant material is no longer attached to the industrial equipment.
