The present invention relates to an extruded soap bar composition. It more particularly relates to a soap bar composition which comprises low amount of soap where high amount of water can be incorporated. This is achieved by including selective amount of a mixture of sodium or calcium silicate and an acrylic/acrylate polymer, wherein the soap bar comprises 0.01 to 0.7 wt % of the polymer. The soap bars of the invention are easy to extrude and has acceptable product hardness.

Perfumed latex soap is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 2-5 parts of natural latex, 5-12 parts of glycerin, 8-10 parts of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 5-10 parts of coconut oil, 6-8 parts of palm oil, 1-3 parts of titanium dioxide, 0.8-1.2 parts of ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid, 0.6-0.8 part of sulfur, and 0.8-1.0 part of radix asparagine essential oil. The perfumed latex soap is mild, safe, and non-irritating and has aroma of the natural latex. In addition, the added radix asparagine essential oil can effectively improve the skin condition of a human body without causing the human body to generate dependence. The temperature of the mixing tank in which the perfumed latex soup is prepared is convenient to adjust and materials in a mixing cylinder can be agitated and sheared during agitating, so that the materials are fully mixed and the quality of a product is improved.

Disclosed is a soap composition comprising 45 to 75 wt % total fatty matter: 0.1 to 3 wt % electrolyte comprising sodium sulphate; silica gel; and 15 to 30 wt % moisture. The invention also provides process of making high moisture soap bars with good hardness by in situ generation of silica gel during the soap making process.

Disclosed is a soap composition comprising 45 to 75 wt % total fatty matter: 0.1 to 3 wt % electrolyte comprising sodium sulphate; silica gel; and 15 to 30 wt % moisture. The invention also provides process of making high moisture soap bars with good hardness by in situ generation of silica gel during the soap making process.
ARSENIC-CHELATING COMPOSITION
The invention relates to a biodegradable chemical composition with a chelating effect on arsenic, lead and mercury, comprising: (i) between 20 and 30 weight % of chitosan (poly-D-glucosamine); (ii) between 40 and 60 weight % of natural zeolite; and (iii) between 20% and 30 weight % of eggshell membrane. In a preferred embodiment, the composition comprises: 25 weight % of chitosan (poly-D-glucosamine); (ii) 50 weight % of natural zeolite; and (iii) 25 weight % of eggshell membrane. The invention also relates to all products used for personal hygiene, cleanliness and care that can include the biodegradable chemical composition as an additional component of the product.
Aqueous composition containing oligodynamic metal
Disclosed is an aqueous composition having viscosity from 1 to 100 cP at 20 C., said composition comprising: (i) an oligodynamic metal or ions thereof; (ii) a chelating agent; and, (iii) free alkali less than 1 wt %, wherein said composition comprises 0.01 wt % to 2 wt % of a salt of an organic acid; pH of the composition is from 9 to 12 and molar ratio of said oligodynamic metal to said chelating agent is 1:0.25 to 1:10. The composition provides a robust solution for technical problems of discoloration and instability.
