Consumer product comprising a fibrous web solid structure with a silicone conditioning agent coating
A consumer product comprises: (a) a porous dissolvable solid structure, (b) a first hydrophobic coating comprising a first benefit agent, and (c) a second hydrophobic coating comprising a second benefit agent. The first and second hydrophobic coatings are discretely applied to the porous dissolvable solid structure. A method of forming an aqueous treatment liquor comprises the steps of: (a) providing a consumer product, (b) providing an aqueous solution, and (c) dissolving the consumer product in the aqueous solution to form an aqueous treatment liquor comprising a hydrophobic portion and an aqueous portion.
Method of treating a fabric by washing with a detergent comprising an anionic/nonionic surfactant system and silicone
A method of treating a fabric, where the method includes a washing step and a rinsing step. A multi-component fabric treatment system, wherein the system includes a first component comprising a detergent composition, and where the system further includes a second component comprising a softener composition.
Non-aqueous siloxane solvent compositions for cleaning a metal or plastic surface
This invention relates to non aqueous non-volatile alkylated siloxane compositions having low VOC and vapor pressure of about 31 millimeters of mercury at 20 C. consisting essentially of a mixture of a linear or open-chain methyl alkylated siloxane having two silicon atoms and a siloxane having three silicon atoms alkylated with methyl groups.
Consumer product comprising a porous dissolvable solid structure and silicone conditioning agent coating
A consumer product comprises: (a) a porous dissolvable solid structure, and (b) a hydrophobic coating comprising a benefit agent. The hydrophobic coating is applied to the porous dissolvable solid structure and the hydrophobic coating has a viscosity of less than 14.5 Pa.Math.s. The hydrophobic portion of the aqueous treatment liquor has a viscosity of less than about 14.5 Pa.Math.s.
Consumer product comprising a porous, dissolvable, fibrous web solid structure with a silicone coating
A consumer product comprises: (a) a porous dissolvable solid structure, and (b) a hydrophobic coating comprising a first benefit agent and a second benefit agent. The hydrophobic coating is applied to the porous dissolvable solid structure. The first benefit agent and the second benefit agent are premixed to form the hydrophobic coating before the hydrophobic coating is applied to the porous dissolvable solid structure.
Methods of forming an aqueous treatment liquor by dissolving a porous solid with a benefit agent coating
A method of forming an aqueous treatment liquor comprising a benefit agent, the method comprising the steps of: (a) providing a consumer product comprising: (i) a porous dissolvable solid structure, and (ii) a hydrophobic coating comprising a benefit agent, the hydrophobic coating applied to the porous dissolvable solid structure, wherein the hydrophobic coating has a first viscosity; (b) providing an aqueous solution; and (c) dissolving the consumer product in the aqueous solution to form an aqueous treatment liquor comprising a hydrophobic portion and an aqueous portion, wherein the aqueous portion has a second viscosity. A ratio of the first viscosity of the hydrophobic coating to the second viscosity of the aqueous portion of the aqueous treatment liquor is less than about 100:1.
Silicone compounds with a substituted amine group and a benefit agent moiety
Silicone compounds, delivery compositions, compositions, packaged products and displays comprising such silicone compounds, and processes for making and using such benefit agent delivery compositions, compositions, packaged products and displays. Such compositions have improved deposition and retention properties that may impart improved benefit characteristics to a composition and/or situs.
Method of treating a fabric by washing with a detergent comprising an acrylamide/DADMAC cationic polymer
A method of treating a fabric, where the method includes a washing step and a rinsing step. A multi-component fabric treatment system, wherein the system includes a first component comprising a detergent composition, and where the system further includes a second component comprising a softener composition.
Disinfectant spray comprising copper iodide
An article of manufacture includes a liquid tight container that holds a disinfecting solution. The disinfecting solution is dispensed from the container via an atomizing sprayer. The solution is usable to apply a film of the solution on surfaces. The film applied by the atomizing sprayer is operative to destroy bacterial and fungal organisms on the surfaces at the time of initial application and organisms that later come in contact with the film on the surface.
Disinfectant material comprising copper iodide
An article of manufacture includes a liquid tight container that holds a disinfecting material. A disinfecting material includes a liquid gel material. The disinfecting material is dispensable from the container through a manual dispenser. The material is usable to apply a antimicrobial coating on surfaces, including the external surfaces of mammals such as human skin.
