System and structure for heating or sterilizing a liquid stream
A food product sterilizer includes a food product source and a regenerative heat exchanger configured to receive a flow of food product from the food product source. The heat exchanger includes an input channel configured to receive a flow of food product to be sterilized. The heat exchanger also includes an output channel fluidly coupled to the input channel. The output channel is adjacent the input channel. The output channel and the input channel are configured to transfer heat between the two channels. The heat exchanger further includes an integrated heating section of at least a portion of the input channel or the output channel. The heating section is configured to heat the flow of food product.

Counter-current double-flow pasteurizer with conditioning control
A palletizing device of container packs, being of a sliding table type, including a structure and a loading surface of the packs with side-by-side parallel rollers mounted on mobile frames with a freely rotation, with two side parts movable from a closed position to an opened position, and reversely, wherein when a locking system of the rollers with a locking means with a cart with a locker mobile from a folded position to an unfolded position, and reversely, is in the unfolded position, the locker is blocking the freely rotation of the rollers, and the locking system has a fixed locking actuator cooperating with the locking actuator to move the locker from the folded position to the unfolded position to lock the rollers of the two sides parts during the movement from the closed to the opened position.

Methods of separating filamentous fungi and other components from mold-fermented compositions, and uses of separated components
Methods of separating components traditionally considered as waste material from mold-fermented compositions are described. The waste components can be separated either from unfiltered compositions or from a separation stream separated from a composition. In some embodiments, filamentous fungus used in the production of the mold-fermented composition is specifically targeted for separation. Incorporation of separated waste components into various products are also described herein. In some embodiments, the separated components are used in alternative meat products and other foods designed for human consumption. Separated components can also be used in animal feed, as feed stock for other fermentation processes, or for use in treating food, creating cosmetics, or chemical processes.

Maturation system and method
An improved method of maturation of an unaged or partially aged distilled spirit, the method comprising: exposing the spirit to at least one catalytic material consisting of a group selected from: iron oxide nanoparticles, alumina-supported Fe(II) complexes, Pd/C, multiwalled carbon nanotubes, carbon xerogels, carbon based solid acid catalysts, SO.sub.4.sup.2-/TiO.sub.2/-Al.sub.2O.sub.3, an element selected from the group consisting of: columns 4-12 transition metals except for Fe, column 13 boron group, Si, and mixtures thereof; wherein throughout the exposing, the spirit is not being distilled, and the exposing is allowed until level of at least one maturation congener in the spirit attains predetermined desired congener level/s in the spirit.
