Embodiments of the present invention provide for novel compositions and methods for making and using a thermally stable human papilloma virus (HPV) formulation or other stabilized multimeric virus formulation. Certain embodiments concern lyophilizing HPV formulations in the presence or absence of adjuvants. Other embodiments concern lyophilizing HPV capsomere vaccines in order to increase stability of an immunogenic composition against HPV infection for storage, delivery and use. In yet other embodiments, a single immunogenic composition can include a thermally stable formulation of multiple virus serotypes. Yet other embodiments disclosed herein concern multi-targeted antigen complexes lyophilized in formulations of use to prolong stability and/or enhance immunogenicity. Other embodiments concern exposing lyophilized multi-targeted antigen complexes to elevated temperatures to enhance immunogenicity of the antigens of the complex to multiple pathogens.

HPV-related fusion protein and applications thereof

A fusion protein has a first antigen element, a second antigen element, and optionally a tag sequence and/or a signal peptide sequence. The first antigen element includes a polypeptide derived from the Mycobacterium tuberculosis Psts-1 protein. The second antigen element includes a polypeptide derived from a protein encoded by a HPV gene. The fusion protein can induce humoral immunity and cellular immunity to a high-risk HPV cancer protein and has anti-cancer activity in vivo.

Virus-like particle compositions and vaccines against Epstein-Barr virus infection and disease

The present inaveation relates to prophylactic and/or therapeutic vaccines thatpoatairj Newcastle disease Virus (NDV) virus-like particles (VLPs) comprising one or more Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV) antigens, in one embodiment, the invention provides a recombinant virus-like particle (V'UP) comprising, i is operable combination, a) Newcastle disease virus iNDVj matrix (M) protein, and b) one or more Epstein-Barr Virus (BBV) antigens. The im'eniion's prophylactic and/or therapeutic vacclrses are useful for preventing asc/or treatmg, infection with EBY aixi/or disease associated Epstein-Barr Virus, such as cancer.
