Heterologous Prime Boost Vaccine
The present invention pertains to the provision of a vaccine comprising a first component (K) and a second component (V), wherein the first component (K) comprises a complex in which a cell penetrating peptide, an antigenic domain and a TLR agonist are functionally linked and the second component (V) comprises an oncolytic recombinant vesicular stomatitis virus expressing an antigenic domain. The invention further pertains to the use of the inventive vaccine in the treatment of cancer. The invention also provides a recombinant vesicular stomatitis virus expressing an antigenic domain and its use in cancer vaccines.
Recombinant rhabdovirus encoding for CCL21
The present invention relates to the field of oncolytic viruses and in particular to a recombinant rhabdovirus, such as vesicular stomatitis virus encoding in its genome for a CCL21 protein. The invention is further directed to the use of the recombinant virus in the treatment of cancer, and also to methods for producing such viruses.
VSV chimeric vectors
The present invention relates to VSV chimeric vectors, characterized in that the vectors comprise a gene coding for a glycoprotein GP of the Dandenong virus (DANDV) or Mopeia vims (MOPV) and lack a functional gene coding for envelope protein G of the VSV. The invention also provides VSV chimeric vector systems. In addition, the invention relates to uses of the VSV chimeric vectors and systems of the invention, including the use in medicine such as in the treatment of solid tumors.
TRI-SEGMENTED PICHINDE VIRUSES AS VACCINE VECTORS
The present application relates to Pichinde viruses with rearrangements of their open reading frames (ORF) in their genomes. In particular, described herein is a modified Pichinde virus genomic segment, wherein the Pichinde virus genomic segment is engineered to carry a viral ORF in a position other than the wild-type position of the ORF. Also described herein are trisegmented Pichinde virus particles comprising one L segment and two S segments or two L segments and one S segment. The Pichinde virus, described herein may be suitable for vaccines and/or treatment of diseases and/or for the use in immunotherapies.
