Embodiments include a system comprising a cannula assembly configured for rotational fractional resection (RFR). The cannula assembly includes at least one cannula configured for rotational operation and enclosed in a depth guide configured to control an insertion depth of the at least one cannula. The depth guide includes a vacuum chamber configured to maintain vacuum to evacuate resected tissue generated by the RFR.

Puncture instrument kit for transvaginal uterine sling

A puncture instrument kit includes a puncture rod, mesh, and sheath. The puncture rod consists of a puncture head, puncture rod body, and handle. One end of the puncture rod body is connected to the handle and the other end is integrated with the puncture head. The puncture head is arc-shaped with an end gradually tapering to form a tip. The tip of the puncture head is circumferentially designed with a groove for fixing a thread during surgery. The puncture head is smoothly connected with the puncture rod body, and the line between the tip of the puncture head and puncture rod body is at an obtuse angle of 130-140° relative to the puncture rod body. The sheath is sleeved on the puncture rod with the rod tip exposed. The mesh and sheath are designed as separate or integrated, and the tip of the puncture rod is provided with a shape-matching detachable silicone protective sleeve.

A HUMAN IMPLANT ARRANGEMENT FOR CONSTRICTING A HUMAN TISSUE STRUCTURE
20230277168 · 2023-09-07 · ·

A human implant arrangement for permanently constricting a human tissue structure in a longitudinal direction. The human implant arrangement includes a longitudinal first anchoring part having lateral self-anchoring elements which have a first longitudinal anchoring orientation, a connection part which does not have anchoring elements, and a longitudinal second anchoring part which is connected in a longitudinal orientation to the longitudinal first anchoring part via the connection part. The longitudinal second anchoring part has lateral self-anchoring elements which have a second longitudinal anchoring orientation which is reverse to the first longitudinal anchoring orientation. A total length of the human implant arrangement is not larger than 40 mm.

Embodiments include a system comprising a carrier and a cannula assembly. The carrier includes a proximal end and a distal end, and the proximal end is configured to removeably couple to a remote console. The cannula assembly, which is configured to removeably couple to the distal end of the carrier, is configured for rotational fractional resection (RFR) and includes at least one cannula rotatably coupled to the carrier and enclosed in a depth guide configured to control an insertion depth of the at least one cannula. The depth guide includes a vacuum chamber configured to form vacuum to evacuate resected tissue generated by the RFR.

Minimally invasive implant and method

Apparatus and methods are provided for treating urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence, and other pelvic defects or dysfunctions, in both males and females, using one or more lateral implants to reinforce the supportive tissue of the urethra. The implants can be configured as a sling device having at least one extension arm and a tissue support portion having an eyelet, wherein a portion of the at least one extension arm is adapted to slide through and adjustably attach with the eyelet.

Embodiments include a method comprising determining histological factors at a target site of a subject, and determining parameters of a fractional resection based on the histological factors. The parameters include dimensionality of a fractional field, orientation of the fractional field, resection depth, and a vector of directed closure. The method includes configuring a cannula assembly for the fractional resection that includes a procedure to generate a fractional field at the target site by fractionally resecting tissue according to the parameters. The fractional resection includes applying a cannula array of the cannula assembly to the target site, and rotating at least one cannula of the cannula array to circumferentially incise and remove a plurality of skin plugs in the fractional field.
