STEEL SHEET FOR HOT STAMPING AND HOT-STAMPING FORMED BODY
These steel sheet for hot stamping and hot-stamping formed body have predetermined chemical composition and metallographic structures, and, in textures of a surface layer region and an inside region, ratios between a pole density of an orientation group consisting of {001}<1-10> to {001}<−1-10> and a pole density of an orientation group consisting of {111}<1-10> to {111}<−1-12> are controlled.

A steel sheet with a tensile strength (TS) of 780 MPa or more and less than 1180 MPa, a member, and a method for producing them. In a region of the steel sheet within 4.9 μm in the thickness direction, a region with a Si concentration not more than one-third of the Si concentration in the chemical composition of the steel sheet and with a Mn concentration not more than one-third of the Mn concentration in the chemical composition of the steel sheet has a thickness of 1.0 μm or more. A zinc-plated steel sheet for hot stamping according to an aspect of the present invention includes a steel substrate and a plated layer provided on a surface of the steel substrate, in which the steel substrate contains, in % by mass, C: 0.10 to 0.5%, Si: 0.7 to 2.5%, Mn: 1.0 to 3%, and Al: 0.01 to 0.5%, with the balance being iron and inevitable impurities, and the steel substrate has, in the inside thereof, an internal oxide layer consists of an oxide containing at least one of Si and Mn having a thickness of 1 μm or more, and a decarburized layer having a thickness of 20 μm or less from an interface with the plated layer toward an internal direction of the steel substrate.

Alloy compositions for 3D metal printing procedures which provide metallic parts with high hardness, tensile strengths, yield strengths, and elongation. The present invention has as its object the provision of a coated steel member and coated steel sheet excellent in hydrogen embrittlement resistance in a corrosive environment and methods for manufacturing the same. ULTRA-HIGH STRENGTH, HOT-DIP GALVANIZED STEEL SHEET HAVING EXCELLENT SURFACE QUALITY AND COATING ADHESION, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THEREOF
The present invention relates to an ultra-high strength, hot-dip galvanized steel sheet having excellent surface quality and coating adherence and to a method for manufacturing thereof, the ultra-high strength, hot-dip galvanized steel sheet comprising: 0.1-0.3% by weight carbon (C); 0.1-2.0% by weight silicon (Si); 0.005-1.5% by weight aluminum (Al); 1.5-3.5% by weight manganese (Mn); 0.04% by weight or less phosphorus (P) (excluding 0% by weight); 0.015% by weight or less sulphur (S) (excluding 0% by weight); 0.02% by weight or less nitrogen (N) (excluding 0% by weight); the balance being Fe; and other inevitable impurities, and further comprising 0.01 wt.% to 0.07 wt.% of at least one kind of element selected from the group consisting of bismuth (Bi), tin (Sn) and antimony (Sb).
Phosphatable Part Starting from a Steel Sheet Coated with a Metallic Coating Based on Aluminum
A hardened part coated with a phosphatable coating is provided. The part is made by a method that includes providing a steel sheet pre-coated with a metallic coating including from 4.0 to 20.0% by weight of zinc, from 1.0 to 3.5% by weight of silicon, optionally from 1.0 to 4.0% by weight of magnesium, and optionally additional elements chosen from Pb, Ni, Zr, or Hf, the content by weight of each additional element being less than 0.3% by weight, the balance being aluminum and unavoidable impurities and residuals elements. The steel sheet is cut to obtain a blank, the blank is thermally treated at a temperature between 840 and 950° C. to obtain a fully austenitic microstructure in the steel, the blank is transferred into a press tool and hot-formed to obtain a part. The part is cooled to obtain a martensitic or martensitic-bainitic microstructure or made of at least 75% of equiaxed ferrite, from 5 to 20% of martensite and bainite in amount less than or equal to 10%.
