The present invention provides a steel sheet having excellent wear resistance and composite corrosion resistance, and a method for manufacturing same.
A corrosion-resistant steel sheet according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises, in wt %: 0.04 to 0.10% of carbon (C); 0.1% or less (excluding 0%) of silicon (Si); 0.20 to 0.35% of copper (Cu); 0.1% to 0.2% of nickel (Ni); 0.05 to 0.15% of antimony (Sb); 0.07 to 0.22% of tin (Sn); 0.05 to 0.15% of titanium (Ti); 0.01% or less (excluding 0%) of sulfur (S); 0.005% or less (excluding 0%) of nitrogen (N); the remainder iron (Fe); and unavoidable impurities, and satisfies formulas 1 and 2 below:
[Ni]/[Cu]≥0.5 [Formula 1]
48×([Ti]/48−[S]/32−[N]/14)≥0.04 [Formula 2] wherein, in formulas 1 and 2, [Ni], [Cu], [Ti], [S], and [N] represent contents (wt %) of Ni, Cu, Ti, S, and N contained in the steel sheet, respectively.
GRAIN-ORIENTED ELECTRICAL STEEL SHEET AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
The present disclosure provides a manufacturing method and a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet manufactured thereby, the manufacturing method comprising the steps of: heating a slab; hot rolling the heated slab so as to manufacture a hot-rolled sheet; cold rolling the hot-rolled sheet so as to manufacture a cold-rolled sheet; decarburizing and annealing the cold-rolled steel sheet; forming a ceramic coating layer on a portion or the whole of one surface or two sides of the decarburized and annealed cold-rolled sheet by using a chemical vapor deposition (CVD) process; and finally annealing the cold-rolled sheet on which the ceramic coating layer is formed.

A grain-oriented electrical steel sheet according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise: by weight %, 2.0-4.0% of Si, 0.04-0.2% of Mn, 0.010% or less (exclusive of 0%) of N, 0.01-0.05% of Sb, 0.005% or less (exclusive of 0%) of C, 0.03-0.08% of Sn, 0.01-0.2% of Cr, and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities; and precipitates which have an average particle size of 5-50 nm and contain at least one of AIN, (Al, Si)N, (Al, Si, Mn)N, Mns, and CuS.

A cold rolled and annealed steel sheet includes by weight: 0.6<C<1.3%,15.0<Mn<35%, 6.0<Al<15%, Si<2.40%, S<0.015%, P<0.1%, N<0.1%, iron and inevitable impurities, optionally one or more of Ni, Cr and Cu in an individual amount of up to 3% and optionally one or more of B, Ta, Zr, Nb, V, Ti, Mo, and W in a cumulated amount of up to 2.0%, a microstructure of the sheet comprising at least 0.1% of intragranular kappa carbides, at least 80% of the kappa carbides have an average size below 30 nm, the remainder being made of austenite, an average grain size of the austenite being below 6 μm, an average aspect ratio of the austenite being between 1.5 and 6, an average grain size of the ferrite, when present being below 5 μm, and an average aspect ratio of the ferrite, when present, being below 3.0.

A shock absorbing member which can increase impact absorption energy and also enables thinning of a steel sheet that is a starting material, a method for producing the shock absorbing member, and a method for producing a steel sheet for cold plastic working are provided. The shock absorbing member includes a ridge portion formed in a curved shape as viewed from a longitudinal direction, and a wall portion extending from the ridge portion. In the wall portion, a ratio σ.sub.5/τ.sub.5 between a tensile stress σ.sub.5 when an elongation in a tensile test is 5% and a shear stress τ.sub.5 when a shear strain in a shear test is 5√3% is 1.70 or less, or a ratio σ.sub.10/τ.sub.10 between a tensile stress σ.sub.10 when an elongation in a tensile test is 10% and a shear stress τ.sub.10 when a shear strain in a shear test is 10√3% is 1.70 or less.
HIGH-STRENGTH STEEL SHEET AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
Provided is a high-strength steel sheet including: 0.12% to less than 0.17% of carbon (C), 0.3% to 0.8% of silicon (Si), 2.5% to 3.0% of manganese (Mn), 0.4% to 1.1% of chromium (Cr), 0.01% to 0.3% of aluminum (Al), 0.01% to 0.03% of niobium (Nb), 0.01% to 0.03% of titanium (Ti), 0.001% to 0.003% of boron (B), 0.04% or less of phosphorus (P), 0.01% or less of sulfur (S): 0.01% or less of nitrogen (N), and a balance of iron (Fe) and inevitable impurities. The contents of C, Si, and Al satisfy: [C]+[Si]+[Al])/5≤0.35 wt. A microstructure includes more than 1% to 4% or less of retained austenite, more than 10% to 20% or less of fresh martensite, 5% or less (excluding 0%) of ferrite, more than 50% to 70% or less of tempered martensite, and a balance of bainite.
STEEL SHEET
The present invention provides steel sheet having both bendability and hydrogen embrittlement resistance. The steel sheet of the present invention includes a central part of sheet thickness and a surface sort part formed at one side or both sides of the central part of sheet thickness. The microstructure of the central part of sheet thickness comprises, by volume ratio, 60% or more of tempered martensite, respectively less than 30% of ferrite, bainite, pearlite, and retained austenite, and less than 5% of as-quenched martensite. A thickness of the surface soft part is more than 10 μm per side and 15% or less of a thickness of the central part of sheet thickness, an average hardness of the surface soft part is 0.90 time or less of an average hardness of the central part of sheet thickness, the surface soft part includes carbides in a number density of 1×10.sup.4/mm.sup.2 or more, an average particle size of the carbides is 0.250 μm or less, and a standard deviation of a log of a particle size is 0.05 or less.
