This chemical conversion-treated steel sheet (10) has a chemical conversion treatment coating (12) upon a plating layer (17) of a steel sheet (11). The chemical conversion treatment coating (12) contains a fluororesin, a base resin which is a resin other than a fluororesin, metal flakes (13), and a chemical conversion treatment component. The content of the fluororesin in relation to the total quantity of resins is 3.0 mass % or more in terms of fluorine atoms, the content of the base resin in relation to 100 parts by mass of the fluororesin is 10 parts by mass or more, and the content of metal flakes (13) in the chemical conversion treatment coating (12) is more than 20 mass % but at most 60 mass %.

Solution composition and method for single-bath post treatment of substrate
Disclosed is a solution composition which may be used for a single-bath electrochemical passivation and a method using the same. The solution composition includes a metal cation, a metal-oxide anion; and an organic ligand, and optionally includes a non-metallic oxide anion or a polymer. The solution composition may prevent undesired precipitation of metal oxides before performing passivation. In addition, the method of passivation using the solution composition in a single-bath use is also provided.
Hot-dip zinc-based plated steel sheet
[Object] To provide a hot-dip zinc-based plated steel sheet excellent in coating film adhesiveness after hot pressing more conveniently. [Solution] A hot-dip zinc-based plated steel sheet according to the present invention includes: a hot-dip zinc-based plated steel sheet that is a base metal; and a surface treatment layer formed on at least one surface of the hot-dip zinc-based plated steel sheet, in which the surface treatment layer contains one or more oxides selected from zirconia, lanthanum oxide, cerium oxide, and neodymium oxide each having a particle size of more than or equal to 5 nm and less than or equal to 500 nm, in a range of more than or equal to 0.2 g/m.sup.2 and less than or equal to 2 g/m.sup.2 per one surface.

[Solution] A hot-dip zinc-based plated steel sheet according to the present invention includes: a hot-dip zinc-based plated steel sheet that is a base metal; and a surface treatment layer formed on at least one surface of the hot-dip zinc-based plated steel sheet, in which the surface treatment layer contains one or more oxides selected from zirconia, lanthanum oxide, cerium oxide, and neodymium oxide each having a particle size of more than or equal to 5 nm and less than or equal to 500 nm, in a range of more than or equal to 0.2 g/m.sup.2 and less than or equal to 2 g/m.sup.2 per one surface.

This surface-treated steel includes surface-treated steel comprising: a steel sheet; a plated layer including zinc formed on the steel sheet; and a film formed on the plated layer, wherein the film has a thickness of 100 nm or more and 1000 nm or less, wherein the film includes: an amorphous phase A containing Si, C, O, P, Zn, and V, and one or two or more kinds selected from the group consisting of Ti, Zr, and Al as constituent elements, wherein Zn/Si, which is a peak intensity ratio between Zn and Si, is 1.0 or more, and V/P, which is a mass ratio between V and P, is 0.050 to 1.000 when analysis is performed by EDS; and an amorphous phase B containing Si, O, and Zn, wherein the amorphous phase B has a Zn/Si ratio of less than 1.0, the Zn/Si ratio is a peak intensity ratio between Zn and Si when analysis is performed by EDS, a Zn content of the amorphous phase A is 10 mass % or less, and in a cross section in a thickness direction, a percentage of a length of an interface between the plated layer and the amorphous phase B to a length of an interface between the plated layer and the film is 30% or more.

Provided is a solution composition for steel sheet surface treatment, comprising 30 wt % to 60 wt % of a trivalent chromium compound containing chromium phosphate (A) and chromium nitrate (B); 0.2 wt % to 0.4 wt % of a rust-inhibiting and corrosion-resisting agent; 0.1 wt % to 0.3 wt % of a molybdenum-based compound; 5 wt % to 10 wt % of a water-soluble cationic urethane resin; 0.5 wt % to 2.0 wt % of a silane coupling agent; and 27.3 wt % to 64.2 wt % of water, a zinc-based plated steel sheet surface-treated with the same, and a manufacturing method therefor, the zinc-based plated steel sheet surface-treated with the solution composition for steel sheet surface treatment containing trivalent chromium may have an excellent effect on corrosion resistance, blackening resistance, fingerprint resistance, oil resistance, and alkali resistance.
SURFACE-TREATMENT SOLUTION COMPOSITION CONTAINING TRIVALENT CHROMIUM AND INORGANIC COMPOUND, ZINC-BASED PLATED STEEL SHEET SURFACE-TREATED USING SAME, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME
Provided is a surface-treating solution composition, a zinc-based plated steel sheet surface-treated using the same, and a method for producing the same, wherein the surface-treatment solution composition includes: 10 wt % to 20 wt % of a trivalent chromium compound containing chromium phosphate (A) and chromium nitrate (B), the content ratio thereof, A/(A+B), satisfying 0.3 to 0.6; 20 wt % to 40 wt % of a silane-based sol-gel resin in which three types of silane compounds are crosslinked; 0.2 wt % to 0.4 wt % of a rust-inhibiting and corrosion-resistant agent; 0.1 wt % to 0.3 wt % of a molybdenum-based compound; 5 wt % to 10 wt % of a water-soluble cationic urethane resin; 0.5 wt % to 2.0 wt % of a silane coupling agent; 0.5 wt % to 2.0 wt % of an Al compound; and 25.3 wt % to 63.7 wt % of water. The zinc-based plated steel sheet surface-treated with the surface-treatment solution composition containing trivalent chromium has an excellent effect on corrosion resistance, blackening resistance, fingerprint resistance, piping oil infiltration, and alkali resistance.

Porous, binderless ceramic surface modification materials are described, and applications of use thereof. The ceramic surface material is in the form of an interconnected network of porous ceramic material on a substrate. The ceramic material may include a metal oxide, a metal hydroxide, and/or hydrates thereof, or a metal carbonate or metal phosphate, on a substrate surface. The substrate may be in the form of a metal or polymer particulate, powder, extrudate, or flakes.
SURFACE CTS ANTI-CORROSION TREATMENT METHOD FOR STAINLESS STEEL PART
Disclosed is a surface anti-corrosion treatment method for stainless steel. The method comprises the following steps: (1) performing chemical de-oiling and alkaline corrosion treatments on the surface of stainless steel by using a sodium hydroxide solution and a solution containing an alkaline corrosion active agent, and then washing with water; (2) performing, by using an oxidation solution, an oxidation treatment on the surface of the stainless steel treated in step (1), and then washing with water; (3) using the surface of the stainless steel treated in step (2) as a cathode and soaking same in an electrolyte for electrolysis, and then washing with water; and (4) placing the surface of the stainless steel treated in step (3) at a temperature of 50 C.-60 C. under a humidity of 60%-70%, and performing a hardening treatment. Also disclosed are the use of the treatment method in the treatment of a stainless steel part and a stainless steel part obtained after the treatment by means of the treatment method.
