CLIP DEVICE FOR ENDOSCOPE
A clip device includes a sheath having a lumen with at least one open end and a plurality of clip arms movable between a first configuration in which the plurality of clip arms are opened to receive a target tissue, and a second configuration in which the plurality of clip arms are closed to grip the target tissue. Locking mechanisms respectively provided on the plurality of clip arms engage one another for maintaining the second configuration. A restraining mechanism is optionally configured to be associated with the locking mechanisms to prevent the target tissue from being pinched between the locking mechanisms.
WOUND CLOSURE DEVICE AND CONNECTING UNIT
The present invention discloses a wound closure device and a connecting unit, which belongs to the field of medical products, aiming at solving the problems of high cost, long period and difficult mass production of existing wound closure devices manufactured according to the shape and size of a wound. The connecting unit of the present invention is structured as an independent connecting unit which can be mass produced, when a wound with a specific shape and size is to be treated, a wound closure device structure suitable for the wound can be formed simply by selecting corresponding size and number of connecting units, and assembling the same correspondingly, therefore, the present invention can effectively reduce the production cost by means of mass production not depending on specific shape and size of a wound. In addition, a plurality of connecting units are connected correspondingly to form a structurally stable window, avoiding failure of the window caused by deformation when a wound is closed by a closure device.
Hair Grasping Device
A hair grasping device comprising a handle and a grasping mechanism on an end of the handle. The grasping mechanism includes a finger having a handle end and a grasping end and a hair grip extending from the grasping end of the finger. The hair grip and the finger are moveable with respect to one another between a hair grasping position and a hair holding position and the hair grip is operably coupled with the finger when in the hair holding position.
Closure device
A closure device 100 that closes a wound on a skin includes a pair of sheet members 41a, 41b that have an axial direction da and a width direction db orthogonal to the axial direction da and face each other with a space 41s provided in the width direction db, and a plurality of closure elements 2a, 2b that are attached to the pair of sheet members 41a, 41b across the space 41s and arranged in the axial direction da. The closure element 2a, 2b respectively include bases 10a, 10b and adjusters 30a, 30b that are arranged on the pair of sheet members 41a, 41b to face each other across the space 41s, and drawstrings 20a, 20b that extend from the bases 10a, 10b and engage with the adjusters 30a, 30b. The pair of sheet members 41a, 41b include a plurality of slits 51, 52 provided in a plurality of areas, each of the plurality of areas being provided between pairs of the closure elements 2a, 2b adjacent to each other.
WOUND CLOSURE APPARATUS
A wound closure apparatus pertaining to the field of skin wound sutures, comprising a window body, zippers, and fixators. The window body comprises a body wall and top wall. The zippers are set at both sides of the window body. One end of the zippers are connected to the fixators, and the other end are connected to the window body. fixed adhesive layers are set on the bottom surface of the fixators facing the skin. The wound closure apparatus enables functional modules necessary for wound treatment to reliably, continuously, and directly act on the treatment area, effectively preventing exudate accumulation from causing the suture device to fall off the wound, secondary infection, suture failure, or staggered malunion, allowing for better physiological regeneration and healing.
PROSTHETIC HEART VALVE DEVICES AND METHODS OF VALVE REPAIR
A mechanism for adjusting the chordae connecting the leaflets of a mitral valve to the papillary muscles in order to restore normal functioning of the mitral valve. The devices or mechanisms can correct problems associated with both prolapsed leaflets and restricted leaflets to allow the leaflets to properly coapt, thereby preventing or minimizing regurgitation. In accordance with the invention, the mechanisms or devices used for adjusting the chordae can be delivered and implanted in a minimally invasive and/or percutaneous manner, such as via transapical methods, transfermoral methods, or trans-septal methods.
SYSTEMS, DEVICES, AND RELATED METHODS FOR RETRACTING TISSUE
In one aspect of the present disclosure, a tissue retraction system may include a first anchor, a second anchor, and an elongate coupling member extending between the first anchor and the second anchor. The system also may include a holder for receiving the first anchor, the second anchor, and the elongate coupling element. The holder may include a proximal portion and a distal portion. The distal portion may have a smaller width than the proximal portion such that the distal portion exerts a force on a proximal end of the first anchor during deployment of the first anchor from the holder. The force may move the first anchor into an open configuration for receiving tissue.
