The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a composite sheet comprising an aerogel sheet, which comprises: a step (S10) of preparing a fiber sheet (10); a step (S20) of laminating the aerogel sheet (30) on each of both surfaces of the fiber sheet (10); and a step (S30) of applying heat and a pressure to the aerogel sheet (30) and the fiber sheet (10), which are laminated, to bond the sheets to each other and to manufacture the composite sheet (40) in which the aerogel sheet (30), the fiber sheet (10), the aerogel sheet (30) are laminated.

Method for producing silica aerogel

A method for producing a silica aerogel includes a gelation step of adding a monoalkyltrialkoxysilane to an acidic aqueous solution containing a surfactant to prepare a sol, and then gelating the sol to prepare a wet gel. The method further includes a separation step of immersing the wet gel in a solvent mixture of a first solvent and a second solvent immiscible with the first solvent. The first solvent has an E.sub.T.sup.N value of 0.5 or less, and the second solvent has an E.sub.T.sup.N value between those of the first solvent and water. The method further includes a drying step of drying the wet gel at a temperature lower than a critical temperature of the first solvent under a pressure lower than a critical pressure of the first solvent to remove the first solvent from the wet gel.

Method for producing silica aerogel

A method for producing a silica aerogel includes a gelation step of adding a monoalkyltrialkoxysilane to an acidic aqueous solution containing a surfactant to prepare a sol, and then gelating the sol to prepare a wet gel. AEROGEL PAINT WITH FIREPROOF AND HEAT INSULATION PROPERTIES AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

The present invention discloses an aerogel paint with smoke-free, fireproof and high heat insulation properties and preparation method thereof. The method comprises steps of: (1) mixed hydrolysis, (2) condensation and dispersion, (3) atmospheric drying, (4) high-temperature-resistant glue mixing, (5) homogenizing and dispersing. In this technology, the aerogel particles can be prepared by condensation under suspension and dispersion, and the aerogel particles have more uniform particle sizes. After being dried with hot air on an atmospheric condition, the aerogel paint is then prepared by mixing a high-temperature-resistant glue solution with the dried aerogel particles to obtain an aerogel paint being smoke-free, toxic-free, highly fire-proof and highly heat insulative. The products developed in the present invention withstand impact of high-temperature flames more than 1200 C. for a long time, and remain unpenetrated of the aluminum plate. The product is therefore suitable for safety protection of electric vehicles from lithium battery modules thermal runaway.
