The present invention is a skin tag remover which includes a cord formed into a loop at a tag end for placing around a skin tag, a cord housing for receiving a portion of the cord there through and a finger ring attached to a ring end of the cord. Pulling on the finger ring tightens the loop around the skin tag and places the cord into a constricted position so that blood flow is restricted to the skin tag. A blade is included in the cord housing with a plunger that urges the blade downward to sever and detach the cord from the cord housing.

An endoscopic bipolar forceps includes an elongated shaft having opposing jaw members at a distal end thereof. The jaw members are movable relative to one another from a first position wherein the jaw members are disposed in spaced relation relative to one another to a second position wherein the jaw members cooperate to grasp tissue therebetween. The forceps also includes a source of electrical energy connected to each jaw member such that the jaw members are capable of conducting energy through tissue held therebetween to effect a seal. A generally tube-like cutter is included which is slidably engaged about the elongated shaft and which is selectively movable about the elongated shaft to engage and cut tissue on at least one side of the jaw members while the tissue is engaged between jaw members.

DEVICE AND METHOD FOR ATTACHING A THREAD LOOP AROUND A SKIN TAG
20220304693 · 2022-09-29 ·

A device for applying a thread loop around a skin tag (26), the device comprising a thread cartridge (10) arranged to be connected to a tool (1) which has a hollow cylindrical handle (2) with a piston (7) which can be run inside the handle, wherein the piston (7 first end (9) which in a base position of the piston connects to an opening (5) in a front end (3) of the handle, where a thumb grip (16) is attached to the piston (7) and via a slot (17) in the handle (2) is arranged accessible from the outside of the handle whereby the piston (7) is displaceable from its base position along the interior of the handle (2), where the piston (7) has a carrier (18) at its first end (9) to which an inner end of said thread cartridge (10) is arranged to be connected, further a thread loop (14) in an outer end of the thread cartridge (10) is arranged to be laid around the skin tag (26), where a displacement of the piston (7) from the base position by means of the thumb grip (16) contracts the thread loop (14) around the skin tag (26) and the inner end of the thread cartridge (10) is arranged to be detached from the carrier (18) when the handle (2) is tilted in relation to the longitudinal direction of the thread cartridge (10), whereby the handle (2) is removed from the thread cartridge (10).

Adjustable vascular ring, means for treating SFS syndrome and implantable kit comprising such a ring, mould and method for obtaining such a ring
09730698 · 2017-08-15 · ·

The invention relates to a perivascular ring having an inner diameter adjustable by inflation/deflation and adapted to be implanted and closed about a vessel for controlling the inner diameter of said vessel and thus the flow and/or pressure of a fluid flowing in said vessel. The ring of the invention is capable of regulating blood flow to the liver, in particular after an hepatectomy or hepatic transplant, and to substantially improve the survival chances of the patient. The ring according the invention has an adjustable inner diameter (O.sub.i) for implantation and locking about a vessel.

Device and method for tissue ligation
