Seeding device to separate small seeds for gardening into measurable increments for planting
A seeding device is provided. That seeding device includes a seeding paddle having a plurality of seed holders and a seed tray having a channel. The channel receives the seeding paddle so that seeds in the seed tray are easily directed into the plurality of seed holders. The paddle may then be removed from the seeding tray for planting seeds in a desired quantity at the desired spaced locations.
Hand-held spreader
A hand-held spreader is provided having a housing with a compartment for particulate material, a chamber below the compartment having a bottom wall with a circular aperture, an impeller mounted for rotation in the chamber along such bottom wall responsive to a hand crank, a discharge opening, and a path along which the particulate material passes into the chamber for discharge via the discharge opening. The impeller has an outer circular periphery proximal to and extending over an outer edge of the aperture to form a gap between the impeller and the bottom wall of the chamber that seals the gap from the particulate material larger than the gap from entering under the impeller and risking obstruction of impeller rotation. Any particulate material that enters the gap passes downward through the aperture to enable self-cleaning of particulate material that would otherwise collect under the impeller in the chamber.

Using a vest with integrated bulk product storage
Disclosed are methods of use for various embodiments of a vest with integrated bulk product storage. The vest may be configured to be worn about a person's neck, with a front portion and a back portion. Each of the front and back portions includes one or more integrated bulk product storage compartments. Bulk product is poured into the compartment via a reclosable filling opening at or near the top of the vest, while bulk product is dispensed from the compartment via a reclosable dispensing opening at or near the bottom of the vest. The vest may also function as a safety vest by exhibiting a safety color and/or pattern.

BARRIER FOR DIVOT REPAIR BOTTLE FORMING SEPARATE COMPARTMENTS
A barrier to be arranged in a divot repair bottle includes a funnel and a spout, and the mouth of the funnel is to be removably connected to and sealed against the inner surface of the divot repair bottle such that the spout extends through a cap of the divot repair bottle. The barrier is configured to form a first compartment and a second compartment within the divot repair bottle, and the first compartment and the second compartment do not communicate with each other within the divot repair bottle.
Powered hand-held spreader
A powered hand-held spreader device is disclosed that has a handle that allows a user to grip and hold the device with one hand. The spreader includes an adjustable shutter, controlled by a rotary dial, to allow for distribution of a range of different granular products that require different flow rates for distribution. The granular product is contained in a hopper. The product can be distributed over various types of terrain, including, but not limited to, lawns, gardens, and paths. The spreader is driven by an electric motor actuated by a trigger. A spinning rotor plate distributes the granular product fed from the hopper. A trigger lock is optionally available to lock the trigger in the on position during use and to prevent actuation when the trigger is in the off position. An adjustable side deflector optionally can be used to control the distribution pattern of the granular product.
Divot repair bottle
A divot repair bottle includes a bottle body having an open first end and a closed second end, and a cap removably connected to the open first end of the bottle body. The cap has a funnel having a mouth at a base end thereof and a spout at a distal end thereof, and the mouth is removably connected to and sealed against the open first end of the bottle body such that the spout extends away from the bottle body. A barrier is arranged within the bottle body, and the barrier is configured to form a first compartment and a second compartment within the bottle body. The first compartment and the second compartment do not communicate with each other within the bottle body.
NUT PLANTER TOOL AND METHODS OF USE
Disclosed herein is a nut planter tool comprising an elongate drop tube fixed to a dig tube. The dig tube is spaced from the drop tube with each having generally parallel central axes. A plunger assembly comprises a plunger at an inferior end that translates within the dig tube. The tool ergonomically removes a soil core that is larger than the diameter of the tree nut, delivers the nut from an ergonomic height to a proper depth for germination; and replaces the soil core, covering the tree nut. The device is utilized standing upright thus eliminating the physical labor of bending over and reducing typical nut planting time.
DUAL ROTOR SPREADER SYSTEM
A spreader for broadcasting granular or particulate material over a surface includes a dual rotor configuration, a material deflection system, and a portable electronic device holder. The material deflection system includes components for deflecting material broadcasted by each of the rotors. The spreader includes a walking speed indicator to inform the user whether the current speed is too fast, too slow, or within an acceptable reference range.
