An amount of Na included in the Na-containing oxide is 0.8 mol or more per mole of the Na-containing oxide. The Na-containing oxide includes, as constituent elements, at least: Na; at least one transition metal element among Mn, Ni, and Co; O; and at least one additive element among B, Al, and Mg.
