MOLDED BODY FORMED FROM CURABLE COMPOSITION
To provide a molded body which has high strength, high ductility, and excellent dimensional stability while maintaining incombustibility and fire resistance.
A molded body formed from a curable composition containing (A) at least one aluminosilicate source, (B) an alkali metal hydroxide, (C) a calcium ion source, and (D) an alkali resistant fiber, wherein the aluminosilicate source (A) has an SiO.sub.2 content of 50% by mass or more based on a total mass of the aluminosilicate source (A), an amorphous ratio of 50% by mass or higher, and an average particle diameter of 50 m or smaller, and comprises an aluminosilicate source having an average particle diameter of 10 m or smaller in an amount of 30% by mass or more based on the total mass of the aluminosilicate source (A).
ZIRCONIA LAYERED BODY
There is provided at least any of a layered body which has a change in color tone and in which it is unnecessary to select a colorant and the content of the colorant in consideration of a difference in the sintering behavior between layers, a precursor thereof, or a method for producing these. Provided is a layered body which has a structure, in which two or more layers containing stabilizer-containing zirconia and a colorant are layered, and in which types and contents of the colorants contained in the layers are equal to each other, the layered body including at least: a first layer containing a colorant and zirconia which has a stabilizer content of higher than or equal to 3.3 mol %; and a second layer containing a colorant and zirconia which has a stabilizer content different from that of the zirconia contained in the first layer.
Decorative concrete topping process
Described herein is a method for preparing decorative concrete top ping which overcomes the limitations associated with epoxy Terrazzo floors. Specifically, the decorative concrete topping mixture described herein has a low crack potential, high strength and durability, much longer working time, thereby allowing for the material to be mixed in larger quantities and simplifying application. A binder composition made of Portland cement and pozzolanic materials is mixed with an decorative aggregate and other additives before pumping the concrete topping mixture onto a subfloor and allowing the concrete topping mixture to cure.
INORGANIC BOARD AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
An object of the present invention is to provide an inorganic board suitable for achieving high specific strength and high freeze-thaw resistance as well as weight reduction and a method for producing the inorganic board. An inorganic board X1 according to the present invention includes a cured layer 11 that includes an inorganic cured matrix, an organic reinforcement material dispersed therein, and a hollow body that is attached to the organic reinforcement material and is smaller than the maximum length of the organic reinforcement material. A method for producing an inorganic board according to the present invention includes a first step of preparing a first mixture through mixing of an organic reinforcement material and a hollow body smaller than the maximum length of the organic reinforcement material, a second step of preparing a second mixture through mixing of the first mixture, a hydraulic material, and a siliceous material, and a third step of forming a second mixture mat by depositing the second mixture.

Controllable High Flow Concrete
The present invention relates to very high workable yet controllable concrete mix design, admixture composition, and process for placing concrete. The mix design relates to particular aggregate/cement ratios and types which are characteristic of ready mix concrete (RMC), which provide high fluidity reminiscent of self-consolidating concrete (SCC), and which provides advantages over both RMC and SCC in terms of ease and speed in placement and finishability at the construction site placement zone, regardless of whether into a horizontal formwork (e.g., for slabs, floors) or into vertical formwork (e.g., for blocks, walls, columns, etc.), without loss of control and without generating high risks of segregation even when small amounts of water are added at the size to facilitate finishing of the concrete surface. An inventive admixture combination which enables this unique design involves two different polycarboxylate comb polymers in combination with two specific viscosity modifying agents, and this combination provides highly workable concrete to be placed in a controlled, efficient manner.
