CO2 SOLIDIFIED FIBER CEMENT BOARD AND ITS PREPARATION METHOD
Disclosed is a CO.sub.2 solidified fiber cement board and its preparation method. The matrix composition of the fiber cement board prepared in this disclosure is calcium carbonate, which has high compactness, and the crystal form of calcium carbonate is adjusted by adding shell powder to improve the toughness of the matrix, so that the fiber cement board has excellent mechanics and durability performance. In addition, the preparation process does not require high temperature maintenance, and has the characteristics of normal temperature preparation, which creates conditions for the introduction of organic synthetic fibers, so that the organic synthetic fibers can further improve the brittleness of cement fiberboard. While reducing energy consumption, the preparation process can also effectively solve the problem that excessive pressure is easily generated in the fiberboard under high temperature conditions in the existing high-temperature and high-pressure curing process.

High Acoustic and Low Density Basemat
The disclosure provides basemats for fibrous panels, including a mineral wool present in an amount of at least about 60 wt %, based on the total weight of the basemat, a mineral filler, a cellulose present in an amount of about 1 wt % to about 3 wt %, based on the total weight of the basemat, and a binder. The basemat has a backing side and a facing side. Also provided are fibrous panels including the basemat of the disclosure and a porous veil.
PAVEMENT REPAIR COMPOSITIONS, KITS, AND METHODS
The invention relates to a product and method for repair of roadway or pavement damage such as potholes, concrete/asphalt joints, and other damage to paved surfaces. The product can be adjusted in terms of the cure time of the product, allowing the user to customize the product for best use in the particular repair being made. Fast cures can be obtained of 5 minutes or less, suitable for quick repair of a small defect in pavement, or the cure time can be extended to 60 or more minutes, suitable for larger projects that can take many hours to complete. The product, when mixed, handles like easily pourable concrete mix, but acts like a hot mix repair when cured.

Methods for the manufacture of colorfast masonry
The invention is directed to compositions and methods for the manufacture of pigmented solids structures for which can be used for construction and/or decoration. Manufacturing comprises fixing one or more pigments to an aggregate material such as crushed rock, stone or sand. The pigmented aggregate is incubated with urease or urease producing microorganisms, an amount of a nitrogen source such as urea, and an amount of calcium source such as calcium chloride forming calcite bridges between particles of aggregate. The resulting solid has a hardness and colorfastness for most any construction material. Using selected aggregate and pigment, the process also provides for the manufacture of simulated-stone materials such as clay or granite bricks or blocks, marble counter-tops, and more. The invention is also directed to composition containing microorganisms and pigment as kits that can be added to most any aggregate materials.

COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS FOR PROVIDING INCREASED STRENGTH IN CEILING, FLOORING, AND BUILDING PRODUCTS
A composition for addition to a ceiling tile, flooring product, or other construction product may include microfibrillated cellulose and optionally an inorganic particulate material. The ceiling tile, flooring product, or other construction product may further include perlite, mineral wool, wood pulp, starch and other additives, where the wood pulp and other inorganic particulate materials are bonded to the microfibrillated cellulose. Methods of manufacturing the compound are also disclosed.
