MULTI-INPUT ROBOT SURGICAL SYSTEM CONTROL SCHEME
For controlling a robotic surgical system including arms, consoles, and a controller in communication with the arms and consoles, systems and methods are provided that include receiving a request for selection of a first arm for assignment to a first console, and in response to the request, determining whether the first arm is already assigned, assigning the first arm to the first console, if a determination is made that the first arm is not already assigned, determining whether the first arm is to be deselected from a previous assignment, if a determination is made that the first arm is already assigned, generating an error message, if a determination is made that the first arm is not to be deselected, and deselecting the first arm from the previous assignment and assigning the first arm to the first console, if a determination is made that the first arm is to be deselected.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CONTAINMENT AND ORGANIZATION OF MEDICAL WIRE
A system for containment and organization of medical wire features a U-shaped clamp. A first ridged and grooved clamping block is located on a clamp first side posterior end and a second ridged and grooved clamping block is located on a clamp second side posterior end. A first side compression member is located on an inside surface of a clamp first side and a second side compression member is located on an inside surface of the clamp second side. An adjustable ratcheting lock attaches the clamp first side and the clamp second side. A first finger grip is located on an outside surface of the clamp first side and a second finger grip is located on an outside surface of the clamp second side. Medical wire is placed between the first side compression member and the second side compression member then the clamp is compressed against the medical wire.
Neuro-Surgical Clamp
A neuro-surgical clamp device that has a semi-circular track that partially circles the patient's head. A C-clamp clamps securing to the patient's head, with the semi-circular track clamped to the C-clamp with a vice-clamp with at least one moving jaw. The C-clamp is coupled to a base bar though a series of three arms and four rotatable joints so that the semi-circular track can be tilted and rotated to any angle with respect to the patient's head. Instrument attaches can be clamped anywhere along the semi-circular track.
Cannula
A method of cannulating vasculature includes inserting the vasculature through a first clamping surface of a cannula and rotating a second clamping surface of the cannula around the first clamping surface to move from an open position towards a closed position. Additionally, the method includes securing the vasculature between the first clamping surface and the second clamping surface.
Dual Bone Forceps
The dual bone forceps may be considered tandem locking forceps wherein the forceps are coupled to each other so that the surgeon may use one for clamping the bone graft plate adjacent the graft site while clamping the other forceps to a supporting bone structure above, below, or lateral to the graft site during the procedure. The dual bone forceps includes a bone graft plate clamping forceps having clamping jaws at the anterior end and flat handles terminating in locking jaws at the posterior end. The dual bone forceps also includes an anchoring forceps having an elongate hook blade and a shortened anvil blade at the anterior end and locking handles at the posterior end. A linking bar extends non-coplanar from the shortened anvil blade to the pivot of the bone graft plate clamping forceps to maintain the two forceps linked to each other, but spaced apart in different planes.
DUAL BONE FORCEPS
The dual bone forceps may be considered tandem locking forceps wherein the forceps are coupled to each other so that the surgeon may use one for clamping the bone graft plate adjacent the graft site while clamping the other forceps to a supporting bone structure above, below, or lateral to the graft site during the procedure. Bone clamp
The present disclosure is related to surgical devices, more particular it refers to a surgical clamp that attaches to a patient's bone to assist in surgical procedures. The surgical clamp is configured in such a manner that the clamping elements show a movement in a plane different from the plane of the actuator intended for opening and closing said clamping elements. As a result, the surgical clamp provides a broader working space to the surgeon when carrying out surgical work on the spine.

A needle advancement control is configured to receive a needle and advance the needle toward the clamp to extend into a portion of the abdomen. A feedback device is configured to monitor the needle as it is advanced into the portion of the abdomen of the subject and provide feedback indicating that the needle has pierced the portion the abdomen.
