Interlocking concrete block having a glow surface
Luminescent concrete compositions containing cement, fine aggregates such as sand, and a phosphor such as strontium aluminate. Glow-in-the-dark concrete products made therefrom and methods of producing such concrete products are also specified. The glow-in-the-dark concrete products demonstrate good mechanical strength (e.g. compressive strength) and skid resistance. The addition of phosphorescent strontium aluminate provides luminance that persists for up to 10 hours to the concrete products.

PULVERULENT PRIMER COMPOSITION
The present invention relates to primer compositions in powder form that comprise a dispersion powder based on an acrylate polymer having a glass transition temperature in the range from 50 C. to +30 C. and cement. The compositions of the invention are notable for good water barrier effect, good dust-binding capacity, and a low tendency toward salt efflorescence. The encompositions find use in the priming of masonry, concrete, rendered surfaces, abraded render, plaster surfaces, wall blocks, wood, and ceramic tiles. They can also be used as adhesion promoters with nonabsorbent substrates such as glazed ceramic or glass tiles, metal surfaces, or surfaces of plastic.

Method for restoring a cementitious system
Described is a method for restoring a cementitious system, the method having the following steps: a) securing a filling body provided with holes at a distance from the cementitious system to be restored, b) applying mortar to the cementitious system to be restored and to the filling body provided with openings, and c) introducing a cement containing an alkali storage system into the filling body provided with openings so that the cement containing an alkali storage system is in contact with the mortar. A corresponding cementitious system is also described.

STRUCTURE PROTECTION SHEET AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING REINFORCED STRUCTURE
Provided is a structure protection sheet that allows for significant shortening of the work period required to place the protection sheet on the surface of a structure such as a concrete structure, that can protect the structure over a long period of time, and that further has excellent strength properties. The structure protection sheet is a sheet to be attached to the surface of a structure and includes, in order, a bonding layer, a polymer-cement hardened layer, and a resin layer.

Salt resistant cement
Disclosed herein are corrosion-resistant composites. In particular, the composites can include a piezoelectric material embedded within a binding medium that can impede or inhibit the corrosive effects caused by salts and acids. Also disclosed herein are methods of making the composites and methods of protecting a concrete or concrete-related substrate from corrosion.
