A plasma processing device member according to the disclosure includes a base material and a film formed of a rare-earth element oxide, or a rare-earth element fluoride, or a rare-earth element oxyfluoride, or a rare-earth element nitride, the film being disposed on at least part of the base material. The film includes a surface to be exposed to plasma, the surface having an arithmetic mean roughness Ra of 0.01 μm or more and 0.1 μm or less, the surface being provided with a plurality of pores, and a value obtained by subtracting an average equivalent circle diameter of the pores from an average distance between centroids of adjacent pores is 28 μm or more and 48 μm or less. A plasma processing device according to the disclosure includes the plasma processing device member described above.
Ferrite sintered magnet and rotary electrical machine comprising the same
A ferrite sintered magnet 100 comprises M-type ferrite crystal grains 4 having a hexagonal crystal structure, two-crystal grain boundaries 6a formed between two of the M-type ferrite crystal grains 4, and multiple-crystal grain boundaries 6b surrounded by three or more of the M-type ferrite crystal grains 4. This ferrite sintered magnet 100 contains at least Fe, Ca, B, and Si, and contains B in an amount of 0.005 to 0.9 mass % in terms of B.sub.2O.sub.3, the two-crystal grain boundaries 6a and the multiple-crystal grain boundaries 6b contain Si and Ca, and in a cross-section parallel to a c-axis of the ferrite sintered magnet, when the number of multiple-crystal grain boundaries having a maximum length of 0.088 or more and less than 0.49 μm per cross-sectional area of 76 μm.sup.2 is P, P is 8 or more.
AL2O3-BASED CERAMIC WELDING SEALING COMPONENT AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention discloses an Al.sub.2O.sub.3-based ceramic welding sealing component and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of metalized ceramic processing. The Al.sub.2O.sub.3-based ceramic welding sealing component disclosed in the present invention comprises a ceramic matrix and a metallized layer. The ceramic matrix is made from raw materials such as an inorganic fiber-aluminum oxide 3D network matrix, yttrium oxide, silicon oxide, titanium oxide, an additive, a binder and a dispersant, through steps such as preparation of the inorganic fiber-aluminum oxide 3D network matrix, mixing, pelletizing, primary sintering and secondary sintering; and the raw materials of the metallized layer comprise titanium powder, tungsten powder, molybdenum oxide, boron oxide, yttrium oxide and an organic binder. Al.sub.2O.sub.3-based ceramic welding sealing component provided by the present invention has high efficiency of space filling and tensile strength, excellent tensile strength, toughness and high-temperature resistance.
DIELECTRIC COMPOSITION AND MULTILAYER CERAMIC ELECTRONIC DEVICE
A dielectric composition includes dielectric particles and first segregations. The dielectric particles each include a perovskite compound represented by ABO.sub.3 as a main component. The first segregations each include at least Ba, V, and O. A molar ratio (Ba/Ti) of Ba to Ti detected in the first segregations is 1.20 or more.
DIELECTRIC COMPOSITION AND MULTILAYER CERAMIC ELECTRONIC DEVICE
A dielectric composition includes dielectric particles, grain boundary phases, and segregations. The dielectric particles each include a perovskite compound represented by ABO.sub.3 as a main component. The grain boundary phases are located between the dielectric particles. The segregations exist in a part of the grain boundary phases and include at least Al, Si, and O. A molar ratio (Al/(Al+Si)) of an Al content to a total content of Al and Si in the segregations is 0.45 or more and 0.75 or less.
Method of producing honeycomb structured body
The present invention provides a method of producing a honeycomb structured body having excellent mechanical strength. The present invention relates to a method of producing a honeycomb structured body including a honeycomb fired body in which multiple through-holes are arranged longitudinally in parallel with one another with a partition wall therebetween, the method including: a raw material mixing step of preparing a raw material paste containing ceria-zirconia composite oxide particles, alumina particles, an inorganic binder, and alumina fibers; a molding step of molding the raw material paste into a honeycomb molded body in which multiple through-holes are arranged longitudinally in parallel with one another with a partition wall therebetween; a drying step of drying the honeycomb molded body obtained in the molding step; and a firing step of firing the honeycomb molded body dried in the drying step into a honeycomb fired body, wherein the percentage of amorphous alumina fibers in the alumina fibers for use in the raw material mixing step is 50 to 100 wt %.
Pillar-shaped honeycomb structure and method for manufacturing same
A pillar-shaped honeycomb structure including an outer peripheral side wall, a plurality of first cells provided on an inner peripheral side of the outer peripheral side wall, the first cells extending from a first end surface to a second end surface, each opening on the first end surface and having a sealing portion with an average void ratio of 4% or less on the second end surface, and a plurality of second cells provided on the inner peripheral side of the outer peripheral side wall, the second cells extending from the first end surface to the second end surface, each having a sealing portion with an average void ratio of 4% or less on the first end surface and opening on the second end surface, the first cells and the second cells being alternately arranged adjacent to each other with a partition wall interposed therebetween.
COATING COMPOSITION FOR THE FOUNDRY INDUSTRY, CONTAINING PARTICULATE, AMORPHOUS SILICON DIOXIDE AND ACID
A coating composition is described, for use in the foundry, in particular comprising particulate, amorphous silicon dioxide (SiO.sub.2) and an aqueous phase having a pH of at most 5, and also coated, waterglass-bound foundry molding elements, especially coated, waterglass-bound foundry molds and foundry cores, which each comprise a coating composition of the invention. Further described is the use of a coating composition of the invention for producing a coating on a waterglass-bound foundry molding element and a method for producing a waterglass-bound foundry molding element (mold or core) coated with a water-containing refractory coating. Likewise specified is a kit whose contents include a coating composition of the invention.
MULTILAYER ELECTRONIC COMPONENT AND DIELECTRIC COMPOSITION
A multilayer electronic component includes a body including a dielectric layer and an internal electrode; and an external electrode disposed on the body and connected to the internal electrode, wherein the dielectric layer includes first and second grains, wherein the first grain has a core-shell structure including a shell having an atomic ratio of 2*Sn/(Ba+Ti+Sn) or 2*Hf/(Ba+Ti+Hf) to be 1.0% or more and 5.0% or less, and a core having an atomic ratio of 2*Sn/(Ba+Ti+Sn) and 2*Hf/(Ba+Ti+Hf) to be less than 1.0%, and the second grain has an atomic ratio of 2*Sn/(Ba+Ti+Sn) and 2*Hf/(Ba+Ti+Hf) to be less than 1.0%, and wherein an area occupied by the first grain in an entire area of the first and second grains is 28.3-82.3%.

The present invention discloses a guide pin, which comprises a base support layer (1) and a protective layer (2). The base support layer (1) is a rod-shaped structure. The protective layer (2) tightly wraps the surface of the base support layer (1). A manufacturing method for the guide pin made of various materials is also disclosed. The guide pin manufactured by the method of the present invention is not prone to bending or deformation and has good corrosion resistance and acid/alkaline resistance properties; it is wear resistant and has of extended service life; it is easy to be processed and is low in cost.
