11607244 · 2023-03-21 · ·

Systems, instruments, and methods for minimally invasive procedures including one or more of fractional resection, fractional lipectomy, fractional skin grafting, fractional scar revision, and/or fractional tattoo removal are described. Embodiments include instrumentation comprising a scalpet assembly coupled to a carrier, and the scalpet assembly includes a scalpet array. The scalpet array includes one or more scalpets configured for fractional resection, fractional lipectomy, fractional skin grafting, fractional scar revision, and/or fractional tattoo removal. The system includes a vacuum component coupled to the scalpet assembly and configured to evacuate tissue from the a site. The carrier is configured to control application of a rotational force and/or a vacuum force to the scalpet assembly.

Soft tissue cutting instrument with retractable blade or hook

A system and method for cutting soft tissue with a retractable surgical cutting device (10). The device (10) includes a handle (12) having a first channel (24) extending therethrough and a switch (18) located thereon. The switch (18) is movable between a retracted position and an extended position. An actuator (26) with a blade (16) extends through the first channel (24) and connects to the switch (18) within the handle (12). An outer sheath (14) is connected to the handle (12) and surrounds the actuator (26) and at least a portion of the blade (16). A drive mechanism (28) is connected to the switch (18) within the handle (12) such that when the switch (18) moves from the retracted position to the extended position, the actuator (26) moves from a retracted position to an extended position. In the retracted position, the blade (16) can be entirely within the outer sheath (14) and in the extended position, at least a portion of the blade (16) is positioned outside of the outer sheath (14).

PERCUTANEOUS DISCECTOMY KIT AND METHOD

A method for performing percutaneous spinal interbody fusion on a spine of a patient can include inserting without direct visualization a neuro-monitoring dilating probe into the patient, performing neuro-monitoring via the neuro-monitoring dilating probe, advancing the neuro-monitoring dilating probe into a disc space, passing a second dilator over the neuro-monitoring dilating probe, and advancing the second dilator into the disc space. A kit for performing percutaneous spinal interbody fusion can include a neuro-monitoring dilating probe, a second dilator, a tissue removal tool, an access portal comprising an adjustable depth stop, and a discectomy verification device.

DEVICE TO GUIDE INCISIONS IN PENILE SURGERY
20230123043 · 2023-04-20 ·

The present invention relates to a device to guide incisions in penile surgery comprising an auxetic EVA sheet (1) that is fixed in the penile corpora cavernosa, said device having star-shaped perforations (2) that create a triangle rotated system, which allows to make specific micro incisions in the penile corpora cavernosa, generating simultaneous two-dimensional expansion of the tunica albuginea, providing a real increase in length and diameter (girth), in addition to correcting any other type of penile deformity, like penile curvature.

DEVICES AND METHODS FOR REDUCING THE APPEARANCE OF CELLULITE

Disclosed herein are methods and devices for the treatment of cellulite. The methods comprise cutting the septae connecting the dermis from the underlying fascia, reducing the appearance of dimples and applying a patch to the skin over the cut septae to hold in place or remodel the skin to allow it to heal in the desired shape and to minimize the recurrence of dimples.

Ultrasonic scalpel bit

Disclosed is an ultrasonic scalpel bit, comprising a bit tip (1), a bit bar (2) and a bit body (3), one end of the bit bar (2) being connected to the bit tip (1), and the other end of the bit bar (2) being connected to the bit body (3), wherein a main body of the bit tip (1) is of a flat sheet structure, an upper and a lower face of which respectively form an upper bit ridge (11) and a lower bit ridge (12) of the bit tip (1); a protrusion (14) is formed at a front end of the upper bit ridge (11); the upper bit ridge (11) has a thickness greater than that of the flat sheet structure and that of the lower bit ridge (12); and the protrusion (14) is smooth and free of edges.
