Providing an emitter material as a sol-gel allows the material to be coated on to surfaces providing better adherence to the surface, and also provides excellent heat stability. The catalyst is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: calcined titanium dioxide: 30 to 60 parts; crude titanium dioxide: 30 to 50 parts; boehmite: 3 to 5 parts; fused silica powder: 2 to 4 parts; binder: 0.5 to 2 parts; lubricant: 0.5 to 2 parts; vanadium-molybdenum composite oxide: 5 to 10 parts; and water: 150 to 200 parts; and the vanadium-molybdenum composite oxide is obtained by dissolving ammonium metavanadate and ammonium molybdate in an oxalic acid solution and spray-drying a resulting solution. The preparation process of the catalyst of the present disclosure is simple and low in cost.

Moreover, a polycrystalline YAG sintered body, wherein, when dimensions of a smallest rectangular solid surrounding a YAG sintered body are A mm×B mm×C mm, a maximum value (A, B, C) is more than 150 mm and 300 mm or less, a minimum value (A, B, C) is more than 5 mm and 40 mm or less, and an optical loss coefficient when light of a wavelength of 300 to 1500 nm (excluding wavelengths which result in absorption of light by an additive element) is transmitted therethrough is 0.002 cm.sup.−1 or less. An object of an embodiment of the present invention is to provide a large and transparent polycrystalline YAG sintered body and its production method.

Oxide superconductor and method for manufacturing the same

An oxide superconductor includes: REBa.sub.2Cu.sub.3O.sub.7-x (RE being one element selected from a “RE element group” of Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Y, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, and Lu). The RE includes at least three types of metallic elements (M1, M2, and M3), and the three types of metallic elements are any element of the RE element group selected in order. In an oxide system satisfying R(M1)≤20 mol % and R(M2)≥60 mol % and R(M3)≤20 mol %, R(M1) being an average metallic element ratio of M1 in M1+M2+M3, SD(Ms)>0.15 is satisfied at a position at 50% of an average film thickness of a cross section including the c-axis, Ms being the metallic element of not larger of R(M1) and R(M3), SD(Ms) being a standard deviation/average value of a concentration of Ms.

The present invention provides a zirconia sintered body containing a fluorescent agent and having excellent translucency and excellent strength. The present invention also provides a zirconia shaped body and a zirconia calcined body from which the zirconia sintered body can be obtained. The present invention relates to a zirconia sintered body comprising a fluorescent agent, wherein the zirconia sintered body comprises 4.5 to 9.0 mol % yttria, and has a crystal grain size of 180 nm or less, and a three-point flexural strength of 500 MPa or more. The present invention relates to a zirconia shaped body comprising a fluorescent agent, wherein the zirconia shaped body comprises 4.5 to 9.0 mol % yttria, and has a three-point flexural strength of 500 MPa or more after being sintered at 1,100° C. for 2 hours under ordinary pressure, and a crystal grain size of 180 nm or less after being sintered at 1,100° C. for 2 hours under ordinary pressure. The present invention relates to a zirconia calcined body comprising a fluorescent agent, wherein the zirconia calcined body comprises 4.5 to 9.0 mol % yttria, and has a three-point flexural strength of 500 MPa or more after being sintered at 1,100° C. for 2 hours under ordinary pressure, and a crystal grain size of 180 nm or less after being sintered at 1,100° C. for 2 hours under ordinary pressure.

A pressure sensor ceramic material and a preparation method thereof, comprising: nano ceramic particles with a molecular formula CaCu.sub.3-xM.sub.xTi.sub.4-ySc.sub.yO.sub.12, wherein: 0<x≤1, 0.2≤y≤0.8, glass-phase nano-oxide particles with a molecular formula B.sub.2O.sub.3, AlN, BeO, polymethylformamide, polycrystalline diamond powder, microfiltration membrane polymer, and dimethylformamide The diamond powder coated with 10 μm to 20 μm of the sub-micron layer doped AlN and BeO prepared by the present disclosure can reduce the defect of uniform and isotropic crystal structure caused by gradient modification of CaCu.sub.3-xM.sub.xTi.sub.4-ySc.sub.yO.sub.12 by B.sub.2O.sub.3 glass-phase nano-oxide, reduces the stress concentration of the resulting pressure sensor ceramic material against impact and avoids the defect that the cross-section bonding degree decreases due to the grain boundary movement.
