Processes for manufacturing compositions for plants and soils, such as liquid biofertilizers and solid biostimulants, from animal manure is disclosed. The processes include the delivery of pure oxygen or oxygen-enriched air to a liquid fraction of animal manure and further include subjecting the liquid fraction to an autothermal thermophilic aerobic bioreaction. Nutritional compositions to enhance the effectiveness of synthetic fertilizers in conventional agriculture and/or for use in organic farming that are manufactured by these processes are also disclosed.

Composting systems and methods are disclosed. A composting kit can be removably installed in roll-off waste containers and/or open-topped shipping containers without modifying the container. The composting kit can include a perforated aeration conduit, a flow regulator positioned along the perforated aeration conduit, and a delivery conduit fluidically coupled to the perforated aeration conduit at a releasable joint comprising a clearance fit. Additionally, the composting kit can include a blower configured to be fluidically coupled to the delivery conduit. The composting kit can be assembled into a working configuration in which the perforated aeration conduit is positioned within the container and the delivery conduit is fluidically coupled to the blower and to the perforated aeration conduit. The components of the composting kit can be removed from the container before the compost is unloaded from the container.

The turning-over device is moved along the direction of longitudinal extent of the treatment unit, turning over the organic material by a turning-over roller. The turning-over device has a membrane holding apparatus which holds the first membrane covering the organic material during the turning over, and a membrane laying apparatus, which lays a second membrane on the turned-over organic material.

A mobile, self-contained system for enhancing plant growth comprising: a mobile structure comprising a plurality of wheels so that the system can be moved; a vessel supported by the structure; a recirculating pump supported by the structure and exterior to the vessel, the pump having a first discharge line and a second discharge line; a generator supported by the structure; a vessel outlet from a bottom portion of the vessel to the pump; and an aerator for injecting air into the first discharge line; wherein the first discharge line extends from the pump directly into the bottom portion of the vessel, such that the contents of the vessel can be recirculated by the pump from the vessel outlet back into the vessel through the first discharge line and the second discharge line extends from the pump and is adapted for discharging contents of the vessel directly into an irrigation system.

A mobile, self-contained system for enhancing plant growth comprising: a mobile structure comprising a plurality of wheels so that the system can be moved; a vessel supported by the structure; a recirculating pump supported by the structure and exterior to the vessel, the pump having a first discharge line and a second discharge line; a generator supported by the structure; a vessel outlet from a bottom portion of the vessel to the pump; and an aerator for injecting air into the first discharge line; wherein the first discharge line extends from the pump directly into the bottom portion of the vessel, such that the contents of the vessel can be recirculated by the pump from the vessel outlet back into the vessel through the first discharge line and the second discharge line extends from the pump and is adapted for discharging contents of the vessel directly into an irrigation system.
