MEAT INJECTION DEVICE WITH A SELF-ADJUSTING POSITION REFERENCE AND AUTOMATIC REFILL
An automatic injection control device injects fluid at a rate directly related to the displacement rate of the device body from a held positioning member. The device has a syringe end, a gripping end, a syringe barrel coupled to the body and a refillable reservoir and at least one directional valve at the syringe end of the body. The directional valves permitting refilling of the refillable reservoir without removing the syringe barrel. Also, a transmission system is coupled to the body, as well as the positioning member, a syringe plunging member, and a gearing mechanism linking the positioning member to the syringe plunging member. The device is designed so that when the positioning member is held in a fixed extended position and the body is pulled by the gripping end, the transmission system provides a one-way motion of the syringe plunging member to precisely inject fluid from the device.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PROVIDING FOOD INTERVENTION AND TENDERIZATION
Systems and methods for providing food intervention, pumping up, and tenderization are discussed. While such systems can include any suitable component, in some cases, they include a needleless spray nozzle head that injects injectate into food without requiring the head to contact the food. In some cases, the head comprises an elongated needleless spray bar that defines multiple internal fluid channels that extend from a first end to a second end of the spray bar. In some cases, the head comprises a manifold system with a first manifold portion at the first end and a second manifold portion at the second end of the spray bar. In some cases, the first manifold portion directs the injectate towards the second end, and the second manifold portion directs the injectate towards the first end of the elongated needleless spray bar. Other implementations are described.
FOOD PROCESSING EQUIPMENT WITH PLASTMA ACTIVATED WATER CLEANING
A food processing system that includes at least one food and/or feed processing device and at least one cleaning device. The at least one food and/or feed processing device includes at least one part with a surface which during use will come in contact with a food product. The at least one cleaning device is configured for cleaning at least the surface. The at least one cleaning device includes means for providing a cleaning fluid. The cleaning fluid is a plasma activated substance. The at least one cleaning device comprises or is coupled to a device for preparing the plasma activated substance and is provided in a porous structure of the device.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING MEAT PROCESSED FOOD
The present invention relates to a meat processed food, into which a gel-like material is locally and quantitatively filled. Provided is a method for producing a meat processed food, having a step of cooling a gelling agent solution prepared by adding a gelling agent into water and then heating and dissolving the gelling agent, so as to prepare a gel-like material having fluidity; and a step of filling the gel-like material into a plurality of predetermined positions inside a meat-containing raw material.
NEEDLE REGISTER
A needle register for injection apparatus for injecting liquid into food products, comprising: a needle carrier (10) forming a distribution chamber (16) for the liquid; a plurality of parallel hollow needles (12) which are held on the needle carrier (10) such that their open top ends are disposed inside the distribution chamber (16); and at least one perforated plate (30) that is removably received in the distribution chamber (16), a plurality of the needles (12) being held in the perforations of the perforated plate, characterized in that the needles (12) are firmly fitted into the perforations of the perforated plate (30).
Systems and methods for providing food intervention and tenderization
Systems and methods for providing food intervention, pumping up, and tenderization are discussed. While such systems and methods can include any suitable component, in some cases, they include an injectate reservoir, a filter, a first pump configured to force injectate from the injectate reservoir and through the filter, a nozzle configured to inject injectate into a food product without having the nozzle contact the food, and a valve that is configured to selectively open and close to regulate when and how much of the injectate that passes through the filter is forced out of the nozzle. In some cases, the described systems further include a chiller configured to cool injectate in the reservoir, a sensor configured to determine a distance between the nozzle and food item, an actuator configured to move the nozzle, and/or a computer processor that controls an amount of injectate sprayed from the nozzle. Other implementations are described.
MULTI-NOZZLE APPARATUS FOR INJECTING FLAVORED SAUCE INTO FOOD PATTIES
A multi-nozzle injector head adapted to infuse liquid food products into soft food products is provided. A distal end of the multi-nozzle injector head provides an operative surface dimensioned to be generally coextensive with an upper half of the soft food product in patty form. The operative surface provides a plurality of nozzles that penetrate the upper half for approximately half the depth of the patty. The proximal end of the injector head fluidly interconnects a reservoir chamber and the plurality of nozzles. The liquid food product is housed in the reservoir chamber and urged toward the distal end thereof by way of a plunger based delivery system.
MEAT INJECTOR
A handheld injector is provided for injecting liquid, such as flavoring or basting material, into meat or poultry. The injector includes a pistol-shaped housing which encloses a battery-powered motor for constant-rate delivery of liquid from a peristaltic pump. The injector also includes a fluid conduit within the housing through which liquid is pumped from a reservoir of liquid to a needle for injection into the meat.
Pickling machine with detection device
The invention relates to a pickling machine comprising a detection device for detecting if a needle is blocked, damaged and/or broken.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PROVIDING FOOD INTERVENTION AND TENDERIZATION
Systems and methods for providing food intervention, pumping up, and tenderization are discussed. While such systems can include any suitable component, in some cases, they include a needleless spray nozzle head that injects injectade into food without requiring the head to contact the food. In some cases, the head comprises an elongated needleless spray bar that defines multiple internal fluid channels that extend from a first end to a second end of the spray bar. In some cases, the head comprises a manifold system with a first manifold portion at the first end and a second manifold portion at the second end of the spray bar. In some cases, the first manifold portion directs the injectade towards the second end, and the second manifold portion directs the injectade towards the first end of the elongated needleless spray bar. Other implementations are described.
