ORIGAMI ROBOTS, SYSTEMS, AND METHODS OF TREATMENT
Origami robots, and associated systems, methods of treatment, and methods of manufacture are provided. A system includes an origami robot encapsulated for ingestion by a patient, such as in a biocompatible material that is dissolvable or meltable within the gastrointestinal tract. A method of treatment includes delivering an origami robot in a folded position into a gastrointestinal tract of a patient, causing the origami robot to unfold within the gastrointestinal tract, and directing the origami robot to a site requiring treatment in the gastrointestinal tract.

Medical devices
In at least one embodiment, a medical device can comprise an elongate outer sheath that extends along a sheath longitudinal axis and defines a central lumen extending therethrough, the elongate outer sheath can comprise a proximal sheath portion and a distal sheath portion. A first guidewire can comprise a first guidewire end and a second guidewire end, the first guidewire can extend from the first and second guidewire ends through the central lumen and can form a distal looped portion. An occlusion device can be disposed at a distal end of an elongate flexible shaft. The elongate flexible shaft can extend from the proximal sheath portion through the central lumen. The occlusion device can include a guide lumen through which the first guide wire passes.
RETRIEVAL SYSTEMS AND RELATED METHODS
Drug delivery articles, resident articles, and retrieval systems e.g., for gram-level dosing, are generally provided. In some embodiments, the articles are configured for transesophageal administration, transesophageal retrieval, and/or gastric retention to/in a subject. In certain embodiments, the article includes dimensions configured for transesophageal administration with a gastric resident system. In some cases, the article may be configured to control drug release e.g., with zero-order drug kinetics with no potential for burst release for weeks to months. In some embodiments, the articles described herein comprise biocompatible materials and/or are safe for gastric retention. In certain embodiments, the article includes dimensions configured for transesophageal retrieval. In some cases, the articles described herein may comprise relatively large doses of drug (e.g., greater than or equal to 1 gram).

WEARABLE PRODUCTS HAVING SENSING AND RESPONSE COMPONENTS
A system for monitoring at least one characteristic of biological material of an individual includes a wearable product. The wearable product includes an outer surface and a skin contact surface defining an internal area. An analysis portal is disposed in the internal area, and includes a sensing portion and an investigation portion. The sensing portion has at least one sensor, and the investigation portion that includes a computing device having a health screener. The sensing portion of the analysis portal comes into contact with a biological material of the individual, and the health screener is configured to determine at least one characteristic of the biological material. The computing device is communicatively coupled to the sensors and the display.
