Washing apparatus for cleaning game, fruit, vegetables, fish or crustacea in a container
An apparatus for cleaning game, fruit, vegetables, fish, or crustacea in a container has a pipe and a connector connected to the pipe adjacent one end of the pipe. The pipe has a plurality of apertures formed in spaced relation to each other along a length of the pipe. The pipe is adapted to extend generally vertical within the container. The plurality of apertures are adapted to direct a flow of water in a generally cyclonic path in the container. The connector is adapted to introduce water into and through the pipe from a water hose or a conduit. A fastener is affixed to the pipe or the connector so as to removably affix the pipe to the a container. A spacer is affixed to the pipe so as to position the pipe a distance away from a wall of the container.
GAME WASHER
An improved game washer is compatible with a variety of receptacles and includes one or more cradles for receiving and holding various types of game. Agitation for washing game is provided via one or more water flows at one or more outlets of an agitator. An outlet engages a bottom of a cradle to provide water flow at the cradle. The agitator extends out of an opening of a receptacle at a central portion thereof to receive a water supply, while forming a gap at the opening to permit a flow of water and waste material out of the receptacle.
GAME WASHER
An improved game washer is compatible with a variety of receptacles and includes one or more cradles for receiving and holding various types of game. Agitation for washing game is provided via one or more water flows at one or more outlets of an agitator. An outlet engages a bottom of a cradle to provide water flow at the cradle. The agitator extends out of an opening of a receptacle at a central portion thereof to receive a water supply, while forming a gap at the opening to permit a flow of water and waste material out of the receptacle.

The seal is arranged such that it forces a pressure fluid, brought to the external face of the body of porous material to pass therethrough to the internal face.

One example control system includes an interface configured to receive one or more first sensor signals from the food-processing system; and a processing system coupled to the interface and configured to determine, based on the one or more first sensor signals, to reduce an intensity of the short-term wash treatment; generate a first control signal to cause an increase in a pH of the short-term wash treatment in response to the determination; and control application of the short-term wash treatment with the increased pH to a product in the food-processing system. Further the system may include a human machine interface (HMI) configured to display information from the processing system to a user.

The produce wash system includes a produce line including a short-term wash device and a rinse transition component followed by a wash device, a short-term wash treatment that is applied by the short-term wash device to a product, wherein the short-term wash treatment remains on the product for a pretreatment time that lasts until the short-term wash treatment is rinsed off, and a rinse solution applied by the rinse transition component that rinses the product after the product leaves the short-term wash device and before the product enters the wash device, and a wash treatment that is applied by the wash device to the product, wherein the wash treatment rinses any remaining short-term wash treatment from the product. The pretreatment time is set at or below a damage threshold time beyond which the short-term wash treatment damages the product beyond a damage threshold.
