Purification of trimethylsilanol
Methods, systems, and computer-readable media for purification of trimethylsilanol (TMSOH) from a hexamethyldisiloxane (HMDSO) impurity present within an initial feedstock material. A salt-out assisted liquid-liquid extraction (SALLE) process may be used including adding an extraction solution, extracting the HMDSO impurity, and separating/washing to remove the extraction solution and water from the feedstock such that an increased purity product is provided.
CHROMATOGRAPHIC COMPOSITIONS
Provided herein are stationary phase compositions comprising a chromatographic surface of porous or non-porous core material comprising a surface modifier for use in chromatographic separations.
Silanol based therapeutic payloads
Described herein in part are silanol based therapeutic payloads comprising a silanol terminus, a divalent spacer moiety, and a drug moiety capable of effecting a target cell or tissue.
Silanol Based Therapeutic Payloads
Described herein in part are silanol based therapeutic payloads comprising a silanol terminus, a divalent spacer moiety, and a drug moiety capable of effecting a target cell or tissue.
POLYMER WITH ALTERNATING PHENYLENE SILICON AND SILOXANE STRUCTURE AND METHOD OF PRODUCING PRECURSOR OF THE SAME
A polymer with alternating phenylene silicon and siloxane structure and a method of producing a precursor of the same are introduced to develop an autonomous synthesis process for para-phenylene disilanol monomer compounds and design a technique of purifying the polymer with alternating phenylene silicon and siloxane structure easily, so as to enable mass production of the polymer with alternating phenylene silicon and siloxane structure.
HALO-SUBSTITUTED AMINO PYRIDINE COMPOUNDS AS INHIBITORS OF THE HAEMATOPOIETIC PROGENITOR KINASE 1 (HPK1)
The present application relates to halo-substituted heterocyclic compounds of Formula (I): or pharmaceutically acceptable salts, solvates and/or prodrugs thereof, to compositions comprising these compounds or pharmaceutically acceptable salts, solvates and/or prodrugs thereof, and various uses in the treatment of diseases, disorders or conditions that are treatable by inhibiting HPK1, such as cancer.

Single-source synthesis of ceramic oxide nanoparticles
The tris(trimethylsilyl)silanol (H-SST) ligand can be reacted with a Group 4 or 5 metal alkoxides in a solvent to form an SST-modified metal alkoxide precursor. Exemplary Group 4 precursors include [Ti(SST).sub.2(OR).sub.2] (OR=OPr.sup.i, OBu.sup.t, ONep); [Ti(SST).sub.3(OBu.sup.n)]; [Zr(SST).sub.2(OBu.sup.t).sub.2(py)]; [Zr(SST).sub.3(OR)] (OR=OBu.sup.t, ONep); [Hf(SST).sub.2(OBu.sup.t).sub.2]; and [Hf(SST).sub.2(ONep).sub.2(py).sub.n] (n=1, 2), where OPr.sup.i=OCH(CH.sub.3).sub.2, OBu.sup.t=OC(CH.sub.3).sub.3, OBu.sup.n=O(CH.sub.2).sub.3CH.sub.3, ONep=OCH.sub.2C(CH.sub.3).sub.3, and py=pyridine. Exemplary Group 5 precursors include [V(SST).sub.3(py).sub.2]; [Nb(SST).sub.3(OEt).sub.2]; [Nb(O)(SST).sub.3(py)]; 2[H][(Nb(-O).sub.2(SST)).sub.6(.sub.6-O)]; [Nb.sub.8O.sub.10(OEt).sub.18(SST).sub.2.Na.sub.2O]; [Ta(SST)(-OEt)(OEt).sub.3].sub.2; and [Ta(SST).sub.3(OEt).sub.2]; where OEt=OCH.sub.2CH.sub.3. When thermally processed, the precursors can form unusual core-shell nanoparticles. For example, HfO.sub.2/SiO.sub.2 core/shell nanoparticles have demonstrated resistance to damage in extreme irradiation and thermal environments.
High activity catalyst for hydrosilylation reactions and methods of making the same
A heterogeneous catalyst comprising a metal-containing polymer matrix covalently bonded to a support material and a method of making and using such catalysts. The metal-containing polymer matrix comprises metal nano-particles encapsulated in a polymer matrix, e.g., a siloxane. In one aspect, the metal-containing polymer matrix can be bonded to the support material via a hydrophobic group attached to the support material. The catalyst can be recovered after being used in a metal catalyzed reaction and exhibit excellent catalytic activity upon reuse in subsequent reactions.
High-RI siloxane monomers, their polymerization and use
Phenoxyphenylsilane monomers were synthesized and polymerized. The polymers have high refractive indices and excellent UV and thermal stability. Their water and oxygen permeability is lower than commercial phenyl silicone elastomers. They show good compatibility with metal oxide nanoparticles. The polymers of the invention are suitable as LED encapsulant, as light guide material in CMOS image sensors, in OLED devices, lasers and in other optical applications.
RECORDING MEDIUM AND SILANE COUPLING AGENT
To provide a recording medium in which the ink absorbability and the color development properties of an image to be obtained are high and in which cracking in an ink receiving layer is sufficiently suppressed.
A recording medium contains a base material and an ink receiving layer containing inorganic particles and a binder, in which the inorganic particles have an organosilicon structure having a quaternary ammonium group, an imino group or a substituted imino group, and a hydroxyl group.
