METHODS FOR MODULATING HOST CELL SURFACE INTERACTIONS WITH SARS-COV-2
Provided herein are methods of treating or preventing SARS-CoV-2 infection comprising modulating interactions between the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein and plasma membrane-expressed host cell proteins, as well as methods of identifying modulators of such interactions.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING AN ANTIGEN CORRESPONDING TO THE INACTIVATED SARS-COV-2 VIRUS, ANTIGEN CORRESPONDING TO THE INACTIVATED SARS-COV-2 VIRUS, ANTIGENIC COMPOSITION, KITS, AND USES THEREOF
The present invention relates to techniques and methods for producing, purifying, inactivating and analyzing SARS-CoV-2. The present invention relates to the method for producing an antigen corresponding to the SARS-COV-2 virus inactivated by gamma radiation. The method for producing an antigen corresponding to the SARS-COV-2 virus inactivated by gamma radiation is intended for use in the production of a novel vaccine, the antigen being used in the production of hyperimmune plasma in horses for serum therapy, and in different animal species for the production of antibodies/research inputs and the establishment of serum diagnosis techniques. The present invention relates to the antigenic composition including the antigen corresponding to the inactivated SARS-COV-2 virus and a pharmaceutically acceptable diluent excipient. The invention also relates to a method for producing anti-SARS-CoV-2 immunoglobulins using the SARS-COV-2 virus inactivated by gamma radiation.
METHOD OF REDUCING THE IMMUNOSTIMULATORY PROPERTIES OF IN VITRO TRANSCRIBED RNA
The present invention provides a method of reducing the immunostimulatory properties of an in vitro transcribed RNA by producing the in vitro transcribed RNA comprising a 3 terminal A nucleotide. Hereby, the circular DNA template used to generate the in vitro transcribed RNA has been linearized using a type IIS endonuclease. The invention further provides pharmaceutical compositions comprising the vitro transcribed RNA comprising a 3 terminal A nucleotide according to the invention for use in therapy.
MONOCLONAL ANTIBODIES AGAINST CORONAVIRUSES AND USES THEREOF
The present disclosure is directed to monoclonal antibodies, or antigen-binding fragments thereof, that bind to coronavirus spike proteins, including the spike protein of SARS-CoV-2. These antibodies demonstrate high affinity binding to epitopes on the coronavirus spike protein and/or broad cross-reactivity to the spike protein of various coronaviruses. Compositions comprising the anti-coronavirus antibodies, nucleic acids encoding for the antibodies, recombinant expression vectors, and host cells are also disclosed. The present disclosure is also directed to methods of diagnosing, preventing or treating coronavirus infections, including infections or disease caused by SARS-CoV-2.
SARBECOVIRUS BINDERS
Agents that bind to sarbecoviruses of multiple clades, neutralizing sarbecovirus infection, in particular neutralizing SARS-CoV-1 and SARS-CoV-2 infection. The agents bind to a unique epitope of the sarbecovirus ACE2-receptor binding domain (RBD) but do not inhibit binding of ACE2 with the RBD. Applications and uses of these agents are further disclosed.
SARS-COV-2 CORONAVIRUS ANTIBODIES AND USES THEREOF
The present disclosure relates to antibodies and uses thereof for treating, preventing, and detecting coronavirus infection.
ENGINEERING BACILLUS SUBTILIS AS A VERSATILE AND STABLE PLATFORM FOR PRODUCTION OF NANOBODIES
Provided are methods and pharmaceutical compositions related to nanobodies from engineered Bacillus subtilis bacteria which can be useful as therapeutic agents or for diagnostic testing.
SARS-COV-2 ANTIBODIES FOR TREATMENT AND PREVENTION OF COVID-19
The present disclosure provides antibodies and antigen-binding fragments thereof that specifically bind to the spike protein of SARS-CoV-2 and methods of using such antibodies and antigen-binding fragments thereof for the prevention and treatment of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) in a subject.
THERAPEUTIC NEUTRALIZING ANTIBODIES FOR SARS-COV-2
Disclosed herein include antibodies or fragments thereof having specificity to a sarbecovirus spike protein. Also provided are compositions, methods, and kits for using said antibodies or fragments thereof for preventing or treating, for example a coronavirus infection.
METHODS OF USING MESOTHELIN
Methods of using mesothelin levels is provided.
