PEPTIDES FOR USE IN IMMUNOTHERAPY AGAINST CANCERS

The present invention relates to peptides, proteins, nucleic acids and cells for use in immunotherapeutic methods. In particular, the present invention relates to the immunotherapy of cancer. The present invention furthermore relates to tumor-associated T-cell peptide epitopes, alone or in combination with other tumor-associated peptides that can for example serve as active pharmaceutical ingredients of vaccine compositions that stimulate anti-tumor immune responses, or to stimulate T cells ex vivo and transfer into patients. Peptides bound to molecules of the major histocompatibility complex (MHC), or peptides as such, can also be targets of antibodies, soluble T-cell receptors, and other binding molecules.

Methods and materials for treating cancer

This document provides methods and materials involved in treating cancer. For example, methods and materials for using a BiPE that can include (a) one or more molecules having the ability to bind to a cancer cell (e.g., a human breast cancer cell), (b) an optional linker component, and (c) one or more molecules having the ability to bind to an antigen presenting cell (e.g., a human macrophage) to treat cancer are provided.

Dual conjugation process for preparing antibody-drug conjugates
11696958 · 2023-07-11 · ·

The present invention relates to a process for preparing antibody-drug conjugates and to antibody-drug conjugates wherein therapeutic moieties are conjugated to one or more engineered cysteines as well as to one or more reduced interchain cysteines via a cleavable or non-cleavable linker.

DIAGNOSTIC ASSAYS AND KITS FOR DETECTION OF FOLATE RECEPTOR 1

The invention generally relates to antibodies that bind to human folate receptor 1 and diagnostic assays for folate receptor 1-based therapies. Methods of using the antibodies to monitor therapy are further provided.

Anti-CSF1R Antibody and Anti-PD-1 Antibody Combination Therapy for Cancer

Methods of treating cancer with antibodies that bind colony stimulating factor 1 receptor (CSF1R) in combination with PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors are provided.

IMMUNE CELLS OVEREXPRESSING CELL SIGNALING REGULATORY FACTOR INTRODUCED FROM OUTSIDE AND USE THEREOF
20230212254 · 2023-07-06 ·

The present invention relates to an immune cell that are engineered to overexpress cell signaling pathway modulator(s) and a use thereof. As a specific example, an immune cell expressing a fusion protein comprising a chimeric antigen receptor and a cell signaling pathway modulator(s) performs an immune response by selecting a target cancer cell by a chimeric antigen receptor expressed on a cell membrane. In this case, the cell signaling pathway modulator is overexpressed in the cytoplasm, thereby being capable of regulating the activity of an immune cell. Therefore, the fusion protein comprising a chimeric antigen receptor and cell signaling pathway modulator(s), and the immune cell engineered to overexpress the cell signaling pathway modulator(s) of the present invention can be usefully used in the treatment of cancer.

Bispecific anti-PSMA X anti-CD28 antibodies and uses thereof

The present invention provides bispecific antigen-binding molecules comprising a first antigen-binding domain that specifically binds human CD28, and a second antigen-binding molecule that specifically binds human PSMA. In certain embodiments, the bispecific antigen-binding molecules of the present invention are capable of inhibiting the growth of tumors expressing PSMA, such as prostate tumors. The antibodies and bispecific antigen-binding molecules of the invention are useful for the treatment of diseases and disorders in which an up-regulated or induced targeted immune response is desired and/or therapeutically beneficial.

Peptidomimetic compounds and antibody-drug conjugates thereof

This invention relates to peptidomimetic linkers and anti-body drug conjugates thereof pharmaceutical compositions containing them, and to their use in therapy for the prevention treatment of cancer.
