An aqueous urethane resin composition includes a urethane resin and an aqueous medium, wherein the urethane resin is a reaction product of a polyol comprising an anionic group-containing polyol and an aromatic polyisocyanate, and has an anionic group concentration of 0.35 mmol/g or less. A synthetic leather is also provided. The synthetic leather includes a laminate including at least a base fabric, a bonding layer, and a skin layer, wherein the bonding layer is made from the aqueous urethane resin composition A task to be achieved is to provide an aqueous urethane resin composition exhibiting excellent peel strength, hydrolytic resistance, and light resistance.

A method for producing a shaped body, containing: producing the shaped body from a composition by a powder-based layer construction process, wherein the composition contains a thermoplastic polyurethane, obtained by reacting a polyisocyanate composition and a polyol composition, the thermoplastic polyurethane is solid at least in a temperature region below 50 C. and has end groups selected from the group consisting of first end groups and second end groups, wherein the first end groups are optionally eliminated at a first temperature, and the second end groups are optionally eliminated at a second temperature, to form reactive groups on the thermoplastic polyurethane that optionally enter into a reaction with functional groups of the thermoplastic polyurethane or functional groups of a further component of the composition, and wherein the first temperature and the second temperature are each greater than or equal to 60 C.
Two-component coating compositions and coatings produced therefrom for improving erosion resistance
The present invention relates to a two-component coating composition comprising (1) a paint base component comprising (A) at least one polycarbonate diol, (B) at least one diamine having secondary amino groups and having an aliphatic group (b1) between the nitrogen atoms of the amino groups, and also (2) a hardener component comprising (C) at least one polyisocyanate-modified polyester having an isocyanate content of 4% to 15%. The present invention also relates to a method for coating substrates by applying the coating composition, and to the use thereof.
TWO-PART CURABLE URETHANE COMPOSITION
A two-part curable urethane composition comprising a main agent (A) and a curing agent (B), wherein the main agent (A) contains a urethane prepolymer (a), an isocyanurate-modified polyisocyanate compound (b), and a silane coupling agent (c) at a specified ratio by mass; and the curing agent (B) contains a polyether polyol (d), a polyether polyol having 4 or more hydroxy groups (e), and an amine catalyst (f) at a specified ratio by mass.

TDI BASED POLYISOCYANATE MIXTURE WITH A HIGH SOLIDS CONTENT
The invention relates to a polyisocyanate mixture comprising at least one polyisocyanurate which is based on tolylene diisocyanate and has isocyanate groups and at least one polyurethane which is based on tolylene diisocyanate and has isocyanate groups, wherein the polyisocyanate mixture has
a) a solids content of from 51 to 90% by weight, based on the total weight of the polyisocyanate mixture and
b) a content of monomeric tolylene diisocyanate of 0.9% by weight, based on the total weight of the polyisocyanate mixture, and
the polyisocyanurate which is based on tolylene diisocyanate and has isocyanate groups has a polydispersity D of from 1 to 1.5, based on the total weight of the polyisocyanurate which is based on tolylene diisocyanate and has isocyanate groups, where the polydispersity D is the ratio of weight average and number average molecular weight of the polyisocyanurate and the weight average and number average molecular weight is in each case determined by means of gel permeation chromatography using a polystyrene standard and tetrahydrofuran as eluent in accordance with DIN 55672-1:2016-03.
Two-component coating compositions and high erosion resistance coatings produced therefrom
The present invention relates to a two-component coating composition comprising (1) a paint base component comprising (A) at least one polycarbonate diol, (B) at least one polyaspartic ester, and (C) at least one filler modified with at least one organosilane, and (2) a hardener component comprising (D) at least one hexamethylene diisocyanate isocyanurate containing aliphatic polyester groups and having an isocyanate content of 5% to 23%. The present invention also relates to a method for producing a coating using the coating composition, and to the coatings produced accordingly.
POLYMERIZABLE COMPOSITION FOR OPTICAL MATERIAL
An embodiment relates to a polymerizable composition for an optical material and a polythiourethane-based compound prepared therefrom. The polythiourethane-based compound is excellent in appearance with low generation rates of stirae and bubbles.
Rigid polyurethane foam
A rigid polyurethane foam which has ultrafine cells, has a low thermal conductivity of 0.0190 W/(m.Math.K) or lower, exhibits excellent heat insulating properties and flame retardancy, and has very little impact on global warming, without using a special apparatus such as a gas loading device. Provided is a rigid polyurethane foam which is obtained by mixing and reacting raw materials including a polyol, a polyisocyanate, a blowing agent, and a catalyst. The rigid polyurethane foam contains the polyol containing a polyester polyol having an aromatic component concentration of 17-35 wt. %, and a non-amine-based polyether polyol and/or an aromatic amine-based polyether polyol; the polyisocyanate in which MDI/TDI are mixed at a ratio of 4/6 to 9/1; and the blowing agent containing a halogenated olefin.
