Polyurethane mats
A polyurethane elastomer, e.g., for use in polyurethane mats, includes the reaction product of an isocyanate component that includes at least one isocyanate and an isocyanate-reactive component that includes (a) a first polyol component including from 40 wt % to 90 wt % of at least one polyether polyol having an average hydroxyl functionality that is greater than 2.5 and a number average molecular weight from 300 g/mol to 1,500 g/mol; (b) a second polyol component including from 2 wt % to 20 wt % of at least one ethylene oxide capped polyoxypropylene-polyoxyethylene polyol having an average hydroxyl functionality greater than 1.5 and less than 4.0, a number average molecular weight from 4,000 g/mol to 6,000 g/mol, and from 60% to 85% of a primary hydroxyl group content; and (c) a third polyol component including from 1 wt % to 20 wt % of at least one polyoxypropylene polyol having an average hydroxyl functionality greater than 1.5 and less than 4.0 and a number average molecular weight from 300 g/mol to 1,500 g/mol.

XYLYLENE DIISOCYANATE COMPOSITION, RESIN, AND POLYMERIZABLE COMPOSITION
A xylylene diisocyanate composition contains a xylylene diisocyanate and a chloromethylbenzyl isocyanate. The content ratio of the chloromethylbenzyl isocyanate is 0.2 ppm or more and below 600 ppm.
PREPREG AND MOLDED ARTICLE
Provided is a prepreg including: a urethane (meth)acrylate that is a reaction product of a polyisocyanate compound comprising a polymethylene polyphenyl polyisocyanate as an essential component with a hydroxyl group-containing compound comprising, as an essential component, a compound having a hydroxyl group and a (meth)acryloyl group; a polymerization initiator; and carbon fibers. The prepreg is excellent in workability and molding property and can form molded products excellent in various physical properties such as interlayer shear strength and heat resistance. Thus, the prepreg is suitable for use in various molded articles including automotive members.
Low gloss polyurethane coating compositions
The present disclosure describes a low gloss polyurethane one component powder coating composition comprising 90 to 100 wt % of a resin system comprising a thermosetting resin, an isocyanate curing agent for reacting with the thermosetting resin, and a polycarbonate diol, wherein: the thermosetting resin comprises a first hydroxyl functional polyester resin (i) having a hydroxyl value of between 200 and 250 mgKOH/g and a second hydroxyl functional polyester resin (ii) having a hydroxyl value of between 20 and 40 mgKOH/g, the weight ratio of (i):(ii) ranges from 15:85 to 35:65, the isocyanate curing agent comprises at least one unblocked uretdione curing agent, the ratio of isocyanate groups of the curing agent to hydroxyl group of the thermosetting ranges between 0.8 to 1.2, and the total weight % of the polycarbonate diol in the coating composition ranges from 1 to 10 wt % based on the total weight of the coating composition.
COMPOSITION POLYISOCYANATE BIURET
In the field of polyisocyanate compositions for the production of coatings and adhesives, the disclosed composition combines a polyisocyanate compound with biuret motifs, a protic, polar reactive diluent compound, one of the addition compounds thereof, and an aprotic reactive diluent compound. Also disclosed is a method for producing the composition, and to the use thereof for producing a coating or an adhesive.
TWO-COMPONENT CURABLE SOLVENTLESS-TYPE LAMINATE ADHESIVE AND RESIN CURED PRODUCT
A two-component curable solventless-type laminate adhesive contains a polyisocyanate component and a polyol component. The polyisocyanate component contains a derivative of a pentamethylene diisocyanate, the derivative of the pentamethylene diisocyanate contains an isocyanurate group and an allophanate group, and the content ratio of the isocyanurate group with respect to 100 moles of the total amount of the isocyanurate group and the allophanate group is 60 moles or more and 99 moles or less.
XDI-TERMINATED POLYURETHANE, AND COMPOSITION COMPRISING SAID POLYURETHANE
The present invention relates to a novel XDI-terminated polyurethane. The present invention also relates to the use of said polyurethane for manufacturing an adhesive, mastic and/or surface coating composition, especially for the construction field, which is stable over time in terms of viscosity.
THERMOPLASTIC POLYURETHANE AND ARTICLES THEREOF
A thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) formed as a reaction product of a polyol composition, at least one chain extender, at least one triol and an isocyanate composition can be made. An irrigation device which has an emitter defined by a body, a cover and at least a membrane and an irrigation hose can be produced, wherein the membrane is made of the TPU. The TPU can be used for production of injection molded products, extrusion products, films, perforated films, membranes, and shaped bodies.

The present invention relates to a composition comprising: an NCO component comprising: A) at least one polyurethane comprising at least two NCO end groups obtained by polyaddition reaction: of a composition comprising at least one diisocyanate, of a composition comprising at least one polyol, B) at least one polyisocyanate comprising at least three isocyanate NCO functions, selected from the group consisting of biurets, of isocyanurates, of adducts of diisocyanates and triols, and of mixtures thereof; an OH component comprising: at least two polyols P1 having a number-average molecular weight of strictly less than 500 g/mol and at least one polyol P2 having a number-average molecular weight of strictly greater than 1000 g/mol, said composition comprising at least one rheology agent.
