THERMAL EXPANSION COMPOUND FOR HANDLE MOLDING, PREPARATION METHOD AND APPLICATION TECHNOLOGY THEREOF
20180291167 · 2018-10-11 ·

The disclosure discloses a thermal expansion compound for handles, a preparation method, and applications thereof. The thermal expansion compound for handles is prepared by 20-80 wt of thermosetting resin, 5-50 wt of foaming agent, 5-50 wt of stuffing, and 0-60 wt of diluent. The thermal expansion compound for handles applies to the preparation of various sports instruments such as tennis rackets, badminton rackets, squash rackets, PK rackets, beach rackets, flexible rackets, ball bats and clubs. Handles prepared from the thermal expansion compound have an elegant appearance and a good hand feel, avoid secondary expansion during 100-160 C. post-heating treatment, and have a hardness of SHORE D 60-95.

Pneumatic Tire
20180244112 · 2018-08-30 ·

Provided is a pneumatic tire which comprises a pair of left and right bead portions, sidewall portions continuous from the bead portions, and a tread portion that couples the sidewall portions. The pneumatic tire has a carcass layer mounted between the left and right bead portions. The sidewall portions each have a foamed rubber layer disposed outside the carcass layer and a side rubber layer disposed outside the foamed rubber layer. The density of the foamed rubber layer is from 0.5 to 0.9 g/cm.sup.3 and a tan of the foamed rubber layer at 20 C. is not greater than 0.17. A rubber composition for sidewalls that forms the side rubber layer is obtained by blending from 1 to 20 parts by weight of a thermoplastic resin and from 10 to 65 parts by weight of a carbon black in 100 parts by weight of a diene rubber.

PUMPABLE AND THERMALLY EXPANDABLE FILLER COMPOSITIONS
20180037708 · 2018-02-08 · ·

Pumpable thermally foaming filler compositions based on combinations of a liquid epoxy resin and a polyvinyl chloride resin and/or an acrylic resin powder. The pumpable filler materials provide the advantage that they can be applied as needed using conventional injection equipment and can be expanded to provide foam with good physical strength, high expansion and excellent adhesion on oiled metal substrates. Methods for filling closed spaces with the pumpable thermally foaming filler composition as well as vehicle parts are obtainable with the indicated methods.

POLYMER
20180030175 · 2018-02-01 ·

A polymer that is capable of affording a heat storage material superior in humidity permeability and shape retention after phase transition and that is superior in molding processability is provided. The polymer includes constitutional units (A) derived from ethylene, constitutional units (B) represented by a specified formula, and optionally includes constitutional units (C) represented by another specified formula. Where the total number of the units (A), the units (B), and the units (C) is 100%, the number of the units (A) accounts for 70% to 99%, the total number of the units (B) and the units (C) accounts for 1% by weight to 30% by weight. Where the total number of the units (B) and the units (C) is 100%, the number of the units (B) accounts for 1% to 100% and the number of the units (C) accounts for 0% to 99%.
