A LOW-TEMPERATURE METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING MODIFIED CRUMB RUBBER
The invention relates to the field of road construction materials, and it is intended to improve the quality of road surfaces, roofing and insulating materials based on bitumens, which is achieved by improving the quality of bitumens with the help of using modified crumb rubber—a disposal product of used automotive and tractor tires, in particular, the invention relates to a low-temperature method for manufacturing modified crumb rubber to improve the quality of bitumens and asphalt concretes and to the technology for mixing it with bitumen, for the purpose of creating a uniform material that is not prone to destruction during long-term storage. The present invention consists in the development of a new method for manufacturing the modified crumb rubber, comprising preparing a mix from the following components: crumb rubber from used automotive and tractor tires with a particle size of up to 1 mm—50-65 wt. %, oxides and/or hydroxides of alkaline-earth metals—10-20 wt. %, petroleum oil of solvent refining with the viscosity of from 0.05 to 1.5 Pa*s at 60° C.—20-30 wt. %, an amine type antiageing agent—a heterocyclic nitrogen-containing compound—0.1-2.0 wt. %; mixing the components of the resulting mix with a shock-shear load on the material in a mixer-activator at a temperature of 80-120° C.; and further cooling the resulting mix to a room temperature.
Epoxy adhesive resistant to open bead humidity exposure
Epoxy adhesives are made using core-shell rubbers and small amounts if any of other elastomeric materials. The epoxy adhesives contain a mixture of latent curing agents and/or high levels of calcium oxide. The adhesives exhibit excellent bonding properties even when an open or closed bead is exposed to humid air for prolonged periods before the epoxy adhesive is cured.

HOT PRESS CUSHIONING MATERIAL
A hot press cushioning material includes fluororubber. A composition of the fluororubber includes a fluororubber component, a vulcanizing agent, an acid acceptor, and a dehydrating agent.
RESIN COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING RESIN MOLDED PRODUCT
An object of the present invention is to provide a technique capable of reducing the hydrolysis of a biodegradable resin at the time of molding with respect to a biodegradable resin-containing resin composition having a high water content. Provided is a resin composition comprising: a biodegradable resin and heavy calcium carbonate particles in a mass ratio of 50:50 to 10:90, in which 0.5% by mass or more and 3.5% by mass or less of calcium oxide is comprised relative to the resin composition, and 0.2% by mass or more of water is comprised relative to the resin composition.
Bio-based UV-curable 3D printed resin and preparation method thereof
A bio-based UV-curable 3D printed resin includes the following components by weight percentage: 19-78% of biodegradable starch resin polymer, 1-9% of radical initiator, 0.2-4% of adjuvant, 13-62% of reactive diluent and 2-8% hydroxyethyl starch. The preparation method thereof comprises the following steps of: mixing the above components by component proportion, ultrasonically washing the mixture for 10-20 min by an ultrasonic cleaner under a water temperature of 50° C., and then mixing the same in a homogenizer homogeneously to obtain the bio-based UV-curable 3D printed resin. The renewable resources are adopted and the environmental pollution and energy consumption are reduced, which is of bio-safety. Moreover, the hydroxyethyl starch has a high molecular compound generated by hydroxyethylation of glucose ring of amylose, resulting in various benefits. The 3D printed resin obtained has excellent performance and low skin irritation value.
Composite, article, battery case, and battery
A composite including a base polymer and a surface-treated inorganic moisture absorbent. The surface-treated inorganic moisture absorbent is surface-treated with a surface-treating agent having a solubility parameter difference of less than or equal to about 3.5 from that of the base polymer. An article including the composite, a battery case including the composite or the article, and a battery including the battery case and an electrode assembly including a positive electrode and a negative electrode.
POLYOLEFIN COMPOSITIONS
The present invention relates to a polyolefin composition comprising (a) a hindered amine light stabilizer of formula (1) as defined herein, (b) a hydrotalcite or an inorganic oxide, and (c) a hydroxylamine stabilizer or an amine oxide stabilizer, a flame retardant article comprising such composition, and to the use of components (b) and (c) for reducing odor in a polyolefin composition comprising a component (a).
Electrolyte for lithium secondary battery and lithium secondary battery including same
The present invention provides an electrolyte for a lithium secondary battery and a lithium secondary battery including the same, the electrolyte including a polymer, and one or more selected from the group consisting of an inorganic solid electrolyte particle and a ferrodielectric, wherein the polymer includes one or more selected from the group consisting of a polymer represented by Formula 1 and a polymer including a repeating unit represented by Formula 2.
IN SITU EXPANDABLE TUBULARS
Expandable tube members that are fabricated from a composite material that includes a structural plastic, which structural plastic includes phase change materials that undergo a permanent expansion upon exposure to wellbore conditions. This permanent expansion of the structural plastic causes the expandable tube member to expand radially and/or longitudinally without the use of an expansion tool. The expandable tube member can be used to control fluid loss, patch wells, stabilize a formation in a wellbore, enhance flow, provide sand screening, and repair damaged pipes, casings, or liners.
