POLYARYLENE SULFIDE RESIN COMPOSITION, MOLDED ARTICLE OBTAINED BY MOLDING SAME, LAMINATE, AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention is a molded article containing a polyarylene sulfide resin, a thermoplastic resin other than the polyarylene sulfide resin, and a metal oxide containing at least one of copper or chromium. The polyarylene sulfide resin forms a continuous phase, and a dispersed phase containing the thermoplastic resin and the metal oxide is present in the continuous phase. The present invention is also a polyarylene sulfide resin composition for providing it, a molded article having a roughened surface, a laminate of the molded article and metal, and methods for producing them. According to the present invention, there is provided a molded article that has superior heat resistance of a polyarylene sulfide resin, on which the speed of plating deposition is practical, and with which a laminate with potentially maintained adhesiveness of plating can be obtained and a method for producing it, as well as a polyarylene sulfide resin composition.
Insulation material for a DC electrical component
An insulation material for a DC electrical component. The insulation material includes a thermoset or thermoplastic matrix and a functional filler component. The functional filler component has a non-linear DC conductivity depending on an applied electrical field strength. At least in a temperature range of 0° C. to 120° C., the functional filler component has a bandgap in the range of 2 to 5 eV, and optionally in the range of 2 to 4 eV. Furthermore, a method for producing an insulation material, a use of an insulation material for a high voltage DC electrical component, a DC electrical component comprising the insulation material and the use of a DC electrical component comprising the insulation material in a high voltage DC gas insulated device are suggested.

A 5G antenna system is disclosed that comprises a substrate and at least one antenna element configured to transmit and receive 5G radio frequency signals. The at least one antenna element is coupled to the substrate. The substrate comprises a polymer composition that comprises a polymer matrix containing at least one polymer having a glass transition temperature of about 30° C. or more and at least one laser activatable additive wherein the polymer composition exhibits a dissipation factor of about 0.1 or less, as determined at a frequency of 2 GHz.

A casting in the form of a sink, including a basin having a base, a rear wall, a front wall and two interconnecting side walls, and also a circumferential rim that extends to the side of the basin and consists of flat rim sections that extend in a straight line from the lateral edges of the rear wall, the side walls and the front wall. The sink is composed of a composite material including a cured polymeric binder and filler particles intercalated therein. A skirt that surpasses the height of the front wall at least in sections adjoins at least the rim section of the front wall, and its outer face extends at right angles from the outer face of the rim section and in a straight line up to the end thereof.

A coating composition for application to a substrate includes a polymer matrix and a mineral aggregate substantially free of crystalline silica. The mineral aggregate is utilized as a partial or complete replacement for aggregate containing free respirable crystalline silica traditionally included in anti-slip or anti-skid coating compositions. Methods of making the coating and coating a substrate with the coating composition to provide a slip- or skid-resistant coating on a surface of a substrate are also disclosed.

The method for producing a composite insulator includes preparing a first solution including a solvent, a coupling agent and particles of a low resistivity material, applying the first solution on at least a part of an envelope surface of an insulating elongated core and thus forming one or more first adhesive primer layers and applying a protective layer onto the first adhesive primer layer on the elongated core, wherein the protective layer includes an outer surface with a shed profile.

A thermoplastic resin composition contains 10 to 90% by mass of (A) thermoplastic resin; 1 to 20% by mass of (B) laser direct structuring additive; and 0.3 to 7.0% by mass of (D) graphite, a total of the ingredient (A), the ingredient (B) and the ingredient (D) being always kept at 100% by mass or below, and a ratio by mass given by ingredient (B)/ingredient (D) being 1.0 to 20.
FLUORORESIN SHEET AND ADHESIVE TAPE
A fluororesin sheet of the present invention is a sheet mainly including a fluororesin, having a blackness of 30 or less as expressed in terms of L* value in an L*a*b* color system, and having a surface resistivity of 1×10.sup.10 Ω/sq or more. The fluororesin sheet of the present invention may be a sheet mainly including a fluororesin and including a composite oxide black filler. An adhesive tape of the present invention includes a substrate sheet and an adhesive layer provided on one of surfaces of the substrate sheet, and the substrate sheet is one of the above fluororesin sheets. The fluororesin sheet and the adhesive tape of the present invention unprecedentedly have a high degree of freedom in application development.
THERMOSETTING RESIN COMPOSITION FOR LDS AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICE
A thermosetting resin composition for laser direct structuring (LDS) which is used for LDS includes the following components: (A) a thermosetting resin; (B) an inorganic filler; (C) a non-conductive metal compound that forms a metal nucleus upon irradiation with active energy rays; and (D) a coupling agent, in which the component (A) contains one or more selected from the group consisting of an epoxy resin and a bismaleimide resin, and at least one of the following conditions is satisfied.
Condition 1: a ratio of particles having a particle size equal to or more than 1 μm and equal to or less than 20 μm in the component (B) is equal to or more than 40% by volume and equal to or less than 95% by volume with respect to a total volume of the component (B), and
Condition 2: an angle of fall of the thermosetting resin composition for LDS is equal to or less than 35°.
