SILVER INK FOR 3D PRINTING AND 3D PRINTING METHOD USING SAME
The present invention relates to silver ink for printing a three dimensional microstructure and a 3D printing method using the same. The present invention provides a method for printing a 3-dimensional silver structure pattern, the method including: a step of providing a nozzle with liquid ink including capped silver nanoparticles and exhibiting Newtonian fluid behavior; a step of forming, at a predetermined point on a substrate, a meniscus of the liquid ink with ink extruded from the nozzle; a step of allowing the ink of the nozzle to be extruded by means of the surface tension of the meniscus while moving the nozzle along a path in a direction perpendicular to the substrate, in a direction parallel to the substrate, or according to a combination of said directions; and a step of forming a silver structure pattern corresponding to the movement path of the nozzle by evaporating a solvent from the extruded ink from the region closer to the substrate. The present invention can provide a 3D printing method based on direct ink printing that is suitable for application to 3D printing electronic technology.
POSITIVE-TYPE PHOTOSENSITIVE COMPOSITION AND CURED FILM USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a positive-type photosensitive resin composition and a cured film prepared therefrom. In the composition, the developability (i.e., development rate) is appropriately adjusted by the interaction between the photoactive compound of a polymer, and/or the photoactive compound of a monomer, containing a repeat unit having a specific structure and the two kinds of a binder resin (i.e., a siloxane copolymer and an acrylic copolymer). Thus, it is possible to reduce the rate of loss in the thickness of a cured film during the development step. In addition, the use of the composition allows an increase in the exposed portion (i.e., the portion exposed to light) by the interaction between the two kinds of a binder resin and the photoactive compound, which increases the solubility in a developer, whereby the sensitivity can be enhanced. Further, the composition is capable of forming a cured film that is excellent in film retention rate and has a smooth surface even upon the post-bake.
Microgel compositions
This invention relates to a method of treating a subject suffering from a condition characterized by damaged or degenerated soft tissue (such as, for example, intervertebral discs) by injecting swellable microgel particles to a location within the subject containing the damaged or degenerated soft tissue, after which said microgel particles covalently bind together in vivo to form a doubly cross-linked gel.
