The anti-sticking coating in the present application uses water as a solvent, water is non-toxic and non-corrosive, thus there is no environmental pollution problem in the production process.
PRESSURE-SENSITIVE ADHESIVE COMPOSITIONS FOR ELECTRONIC BONDING APPLICATIONS
The present disclosure relates to a curable pressure sensitive adhesive composition comprising: a) a butyl rubber component in an amount greater than 40 wt %; b) a tackifier in an amount greater than 1 wt %; c) a multifunctional crosslinking agent comprising at least two nitroso functional groups; and d) optionally, a hydrocarbon plasticizer; wherein the weight percentages are based on the total weight of the curable pressure sensitive adhesive composition. In another aspect, the present disclosure is directed to a method for protecting an electronic device or an electronic component from moisture and air permeation, wherein the method comprises the step of using a pressure sensitive adhesive composition as described above. According to still another aspect, the present disclosure is directed to the use of a pressure sensitive adhesive composition as described above for manufacturing an electronic device.
Method for Homogenously Incorporating Filler into a Self-Adhesive Compound, in Particular a Thermally Crosslinkable Self-Adhesive Compound, Based on Non-Thermoplastic Elastomer
The invention relates to a method for homogenously incorporating filler into a self-adhesive compound, in particular a thermally crosslinkable self-adhesive compound, based on non-thermoplastic elastomer in a continuously working unit with a filling part and a compounding part. The self-adhesive compound contains at least one solid component, at least one liquid component, and at least one filler, and the method has the following steps: (a) feeding at least part of the at least one solid component, such as the non-thermoplastic elastomer in particular, and optionally part of the at least one liquid component to the filling part; (b) transferring the components of step (a) from the filling part to the compounding part; (c) optionally adding additional solid components or additional parts of the solid components to the compounding part; (d) adding the at least one liquid component to the compounding part if the liquid component was not already added to the filling part in step (a); (e) producing a homogenous self-adhesive compound in the compounding part; and (f) discharging the self-adhesive compound. The invention is characterized in that at least part of the at least one filler is pre-dispersed into at least one dispersion liquid in a separate unit and the dispersion obtained in this manner is added to the compounding part. The method prevents high sheering or frictional energies while introducing the filler into the compounding part of the continuously working unit and thus allows the use of temperature-sensitive components, such as temperature-sensitive chemical crosslinking agents in particular.
ADHESIVE SHEET, CONDUCTIVE MEMBER-LAYERED PRODUCT USING SAME, AND IMAGE DISPLAY DEVICE
Provided is a novel adhesive sheet capable of sufficiently exhibiting a corrosion prevention effect for silver and copper, and reducing the relative permittivity and its temperature dependency.
Proposed is an adhesive sheet of a single layer comprising an adhesive layer containing a polyolefin, an acrylic polymer, and a nitrogen heterocyclic compound; or an adhesive sheet having a layered constitution comprising the adhesive layer as a surface layer.

Polar silane linkers are provided that attach to resins to form silane-functionalized resins. The functionalized resins can be bound to hydroxyl groups on the surface of silica particles to improve the dispersibility of the silica particles in rubber mixtures. Further disclosed are synthetic routes to provide the silane-functionalized resins, as well as various uses and end products that benefit from the unexpected properties of the silane-functionalized resins. Silane-functionalized resins impart remarkable properties on various rubber compositions, such as tires, belts, hoses, brakes, and the like. Automobile tires incorporating the silane-functionalized resins are shown to possess excellent results in balancing the properties of rolling resistance, tire wear, and wet braking performance.
