Fluoride fluorescent material and method for producing the same
A fluoride fluorescent material, comprising: a fluoride particles having a chemical composition represented by the formula (I):
A.sub.2[M.sub.1aMn.sup.4+.sub.aF.sub.6](I) wherein A is at least one cation selected from the group consisting of K.sup.+, Li.sup.+, Na.sup.+, Rb.sup.+, Cs.sup.+ and NH.sub.4.sup.+; M is at least one element selected from the group consisting of elements from Group 4 of the periodic table and elements from Group 14 of the periodic table; and variable a satisfies 0<a<0.2; and a thermally-conductive substance having a higher thermal conductivity than the fluoride particles, and that is arranged on at least a portion of a surface of the fluoride particles, and a method for producing the fluoride fluorescent material.
Phosphor, method of producing phosphor, light-emitting element, light-emitting device, and image display apparatus
A phosphor in which at least some of an element M in a phosphor host crystal represented by M.sub.(L, A).sub.X.sub. is substituted with Eu as an activation material. M represents one or more (including at least Sr) of Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, and Zn, L represents one or more of Li, Na, and K, A represents one or more of Al, Ga, B, In, Sc, Y, La, and Si, X represents one or more (except that X represents only N) of O, N, F, and Cl, , , , and satisfy 8.70+++9.30, 0.00<1.30, 3.704.30, 3.704.30, and 0.00<1.30. In a fluorescence spectrum obtained by irradiation with light having a wavelength of 260 nm, when a fluorescence intensity at a wavelength of 569 nm is represented by I.sub.0 and a fluorescence intensity at a wavelength of 617 nm is represented by I.sub.1, I.sub.1/I.sub.0 is 0.01 or more and 0.4 or less.
