Specifically, the disclosure provides a thermally decomposable binder comprising an aliphatic polycarbonate resin comprising a constituent unit represented by formula (1):
##STR00001##
wherein R.sup.1, R.sup.2, and R.sup.3 are identical or different, and each represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, or an aryl group having 6 to 20 carbon atoms, and n is 1 or 2, and provides an inorganic fine particle-dispersed paste composition comprising this binder.
Phosphor blend and fluorescent lamp containing same
A phosphor blend is described wherein the blend consists of a red-emitting rare earth phosphor, a green-emitting rare earth phosphor, and a blue-emitting rare earth phosphor wherein the 50% size of the phosphors is between about 12 to 15 m. The phosphor blend is incorporated into a fluorescent lamp having an increased efficacy. A dual layer coating may be used to provide an additional increase in efficacy.
Forehearth Frits, Pearls And/Or Concentrates For Fluorescence
The present invention relates to the field of forehearth fits, pearls, and/or concentrates for use in glass compositions. In particular, the present invention provides a system of forehearth frits, pearls, and/or concentrates that is capable of parting a fluorescent effect to a glass composition by adding a fluorescent glass fit, pearl or concentrate in the forehearth of a glass furnace, to form fluorescent glass and a method of using the fluorescent system of forehearth fits, pearls, and/or concentrates.
