Drift reduction adjuvants and methods of using the same
Reducing fines from an agricultural spray dispensed from a nozzle is provided in the disclosed methods. The agricultural spray comprises water, an agricultural composition such as a pesticide, at least one oil emulsion drift reduction adjuvant, and at least one spontaneous emulsion drift reduction adjuvant. The agricultural spray exhibits fewer fine droplets having a diameter less than about 105 ?m, about 150 ?m, and/or about 210 ?m compared to an agricultural spray neither or only one of the oil emulsion drift reduction adjuvant and the spontaneous emulsion drift reduction adjuvant.

METHOD OF MAKING HIGH PEROFRMANCE POLYMER AEROGEL ABSORBENT FOR WATER RETENTION IN SANDY SOIL
The method of making polyacrylamide (PAM) aerogel are described. Different ratios of PAM in the construction of aerogels were tested. The material was tested for water retention after drying. freeze-dried aerogel samples especially PAM 15 wt %, have a higher swelling ratio with a faster water absorption rate compared to gel and oven-dried samples.

Polymeric composition for use as soil conditioner with improved water absorbency during watering of the agricultural crops
The present invention relates to polymeric soil conditioner Absorbency stability as a new water absorbing polymeric material and a process for the production of water absorbing materials consisting of a combination of synthetic polymers and biopolymers, with an improved high water absorbency at repeated watering, capable to reduce the effect of accumulation of salts in polymeric matrix as of multiple cycles of swelling-deswelling that occurs during all period of living of vegetable culture, by decreasing of crosslinking density of three dimensional network of the material caused by biochemical processes that developed in polymeric gels.

Amino acid, carbohydrate and acrylamide polymers useful as flocculants in agricultural and industrial settings
Modified polysaccharides, acrylamide copolymers, water-soluble amino acid copolymers, and combinations thereof are described for uses including flocculation of solids, particularly flocculation of soil in an agricultural settings and clarification of process waters from oil-sands mining operations. Also described are methods of preparing selected amino acid copolymers and modified polysaccharides.
