One embodiment of the present invention relates to an elastomer composition, a sealing material, or a method for producing a sealing material, in which the elastomer composition includes a crosslinkable fluoroelastomer (A) [provided that the elastomer (A) is a compound having no hydrosilyl group] and a composition (B) that contains at least one ethylenically unsaturated bond-containing compound selected from compounds having a perfluoro skeleton having an ethylenically unsaturated bond [provided that the compounds are compounds other than the elastomer (A)] and compounds having a siloxane skeleton having an ethylenically unsaturated bond, the composition (B) having a minimum torque (ML) at 60° C. of 0.5 kgf.Math.cm or more as measured with a CURELASTOMETER.

One embodiment of the present invention relates to an elastomer composition, a sealing material, or a method for producing a sealing material, in which the elastomer composition includes a crosslinkable fluoroelastomer (A) other than a perfluoroelastomer, an ethylenically unsaturated bond-containing compound (B), a crosslinking agent (C), and a crosslinking aid (D), the ethylenically unsaturated bond-containing compound (B) contains at least one selected from compounds having a perfluoro skeleton having an ethylenically unsaturated bond and compounds having a siloxane skeleton having an ethylenically unsaturated bond, and a mass ratio of a content of the crosslinking aid (D) to the crosslinking agent (C) is 5 or more.

One embodiment of the present invention relates to an elastomer composition, a sealing material, or a method for producing a sealing material, in which the elastomer composition includes a crosslinkable fluoroelastomer (A1) that is other than a perfluoroelastomer and has a fluorine content of 69% by mass or more and a crosslinkable fluoroelastomer (A2) that is other than a perfluoroelastomer and has a fluorine content in a range of 55 to 68% by mass, and a content of the fluoroelastomer (A1) is 60 to 95% by mass based on 100% by mass of the total of the fluoroelastomers (A1) and (A2).

There is provided a copolymer containing tetrafluoroethylene unit and perfluoro(propyl vinyl ether) unit, wherein the copolymer has a content of perfluoro(propyl vinyl ether) unit of 3.9 to 4.9% by mass with respect to the whole of the monomer units, a melt flow rate at 372° C. of 4.0 to 9.0 g/10 min, and the number of functional groups of 40 or less per 10.sup.6 main-chain carbon atoms.

THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME
A thermoplastic resin composition including a fluororesin (A) and a crosslinked fluoroelastomer (B). The fluororesin (A) is a copolymer containing a chlorotrifluoroethylene unit and a tetrafluoroethylene unit and having at least one functional group selected from a carbonyl group, an olefinic group and an amino group at a main chain terminal or side chain terminal of the polymer. The crosslinked fluoroelastomer (B) is obtained by subjecting a fluoroelastomer (b) to a dynamic crosslinking treatment along with a polyamine compound (c) having a thermal decomposition temperature of 210° C. or higher and a crosslinking accelerator (d) in the presence of the fluororesin (A) under conditions for melting the fluororesin (A). Further, a mass ratio between the fluororesin (A) and the fluoroelastomer (b) (fluororesin (A)/fluoroelastomer (b)) is less than 70/30 and 20/80 or more. Also disclosed is a method for producing the composition as well as various molded and laminated products formed therefrom.
Perfluoroelastomer composition and sealing material
Provided are a perfluoroelastomer composition containing a perfluoroelastomer, a peroxide crosslinking agent, a co-crosslinking agent that is a diolefin compound, and an organic pigment; and a sealing material containing a crosslinked product of the perfluoroelastomer composition.
SEALING BODY FOR DYNAMIC APPLICATIONS
A sealing body is for dynamic applications. The sealing body includes an elastomer material including epichlorohydrin rubber (ECO) as a rubber; and carbon nanotubes distributed in the elastomer material in an amount in a range from 0.4 to 10 phr, based on 100 parts by weight of rubber. The body has a Shore A hardness of in a range from 60 to 100.
