CATALYST AND METHOD FOR PREPARING LOW AROMATIC HYDROCARBON LIQUID FUEL THROUGH DIRECT CONVERSION OF SYNGAS
A method for preparing liquid fuel by direct conversion of syngas uses the syngas as reaction raw material and conducts a catalytic conversion reaction on a fixed bed or a moving bed. The catalyst is a composite catalyst formed by compounding component I and component II in a mechanical mixing mode. The active ingredient of the component I is a metal oxide, and the component II is at least one of zeolites with one-dimensional ten-membered ring porous channels; and a weight ratio of the active ingredient in the component I to that in the component II is 0.1-20. The reaction process has high product yield and selectivity. The selectivity for liquid fuel composed of C.sub.5-C.sub.11 can reach 50-80%. The selectivity for aromatic hydrocarbon is less than 40% in C.sub.5-C.sub.11, while the selectivity for methane side product is less than 15%.
Catalysts and process for liquid hydrocarbon fuel production
The present invention provides a novel process and system in which a mixture of carbon monoxide and hydrogen synthesis gas, or syngas, is converted into hydrocarbon mixtures composed of high quality gasoline components, aromatic compounds, and lower molecular weight gaseous olefins in one reactor or step. The invention utilizes a novel molybdenum-zeolite catalyst in high pressure hydrogen for conversion, as well as a novel rhenium-zeolite catalyst in place of the molybdenum-zeolite catalyst, and provides for use of the novel catalysts in the process and system of the invention.
Molecular sieve composition, process of preparing same and use thereof
The invention relates to a molecular sieve composition, a process of preparing same and use thereof in the production of lower olefins. The molecular sieve composition comprises an aluminophosphate molecular sieve and a CO adsorbing component, both of which are present independently of each other. When the molecular sieve composition is used as a catalyst for producing lower olefins using synthesis gas as a raw material, the molecular sieve composition has the advantages of high selectivity to lower olefins and the like.
System and method for preparing aromatics by using syngas
The present invention relates to a system and process for preparing aromatics from syngases, which has advantages of shortened flow process and reduced investment. The process comprises reforming the liquefied gas, separated dry gas with a water steam to produce carbon monoxide and hydrogen, which return, as raw materials, to the aromatization system, so that the problem of by-product utilization is solved, and the syngas unit consumption per ton of aromatic products is reduced. The problem of utilization of a dry gas as a by-product is also solved in the present invention from the perspective of recycling economy, which reduces the water consumption in the process, and conforms to the concept of green chemistry.
