Accessory support and coupling systems for an accessory support
The present disclosure provides a coupling system for coupling a medical accessory to an accessory support is provided. The present disclosure also provides a system for powering a medical accessory with an accessory support.
System for preparing a harvested blood vessel for grafting
A system for preparing a harvested blood vessel for use as a graft during a coronary artery bypass procedure, which includes an elongated platform, a mounting flange extending upwardly from a top surface of the platform adjacent a proximal end thereof for supporting a syringe in a fixed position, and a pair of longitudinally spaced apart clamp holders operatively associated with the top surface of the platform, each clamp holder configured to support a respective vessel clamp, wherein the vessel clamps supported within the clamp holders are adapted to hold a harvested blood vessel immobile therebetween so it can be prepared for grafting.
ROBOTIC SURGICAL SYSTEM WITH RIGID BED MOUNT
A surgical mount system according to at least one embodiment of the present disclosure includes a bed mount, a tubular base attached to the bed mount and comprising a telescoping member slidably coupled with the tubular base, the telescoping member comprising a first end and a second end, wherein the first end is disposed inside the tubular base, and wherein the telescoping member translates linearly along an axis of the tubular base; and a support arm attached to the second end of the telescoping member, the support arm having a length running from a proximal end to a distal end, wherein the support arm rotates relative to the bed mount about the axis of the tubular base.

Surgical retractor system and multi-directional joint clamp for same
A joint clamp for a surgical retractor system includes clamps, a cam bolt, and a cam lever. The cam bolt passes through the clamps. A cam lever comprising a cam head pivotally attached an upper portion the cam bolt to permit rotation about a pivot axis that is perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the cam bolt. The cam head includes an outer surface that results in a distance between the pivot axis and an upper surface of the clamps being greater when the cam lever is rotated about the pivot axis to a clamping position than when the cam lever is rotated about the pivot axis to a non-clamping position. The clamping force may be calibrated or set via a cam bolt having an adjustable length and/or via a setting screw.
Surgical introducer with guidance system receptacle
An introducer system for use with a navigation probe. The introducer system has an introducer and a probe retainer configured to selectively connect to the introducer. The probe retainer includes a receiver configured to receive a navigation probe shaft and limit movement of the navigation probe shaft in the lateral direction. A first clamp and a second clamp are connected to the receiver with the receiver located between the first clamp and the second clamp. Each of the first clamp and the second clamp is selectively engageable with respective portions of the introducer sidewall to hold the receiver at a fixed location relative to the introducer. The receiver, the first clamp, and the second clamp are configured to provide a visual path through the probe retainer and into the introducer passage.

SURGICAL INSTRUMENT CONNECTORS AND RELATED METHODS
Connectors for connecting or linking one instrument or object to one or more other instruments or objects are disclosed herein. In some embodiments, a connector can include a first arm with a first attachment feature for attaching to a first object, such as a surgical access device, and a second arm with a second attachment feature for attaching to a second object, such as a support. The connector can have an unlocked state, in which the position and orientation of the access device can be adjusted relative to the support, and a locked state in which movement of the access device relative to the support is prevented or limited. Locking the connector can also be effective to clamp or otherwise attach the connector to the access device and the support, or said attachment can be independent of the locking of the connector.
